Was so happy find a dairy free option at an icecream place. They had two dairy free options and several options in freezer with dairy free ice cream sandwiches. Service with a smile .

My son requested an Ice Cream cake for his birthday and I literally called the afternoon before and Fran made it happen in such short notice. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. I will definitely be going back.

The store does have a lot of flavors and topping, a fun place for kids, but we didn't find any of those flavors being tasty. A bunch of ice, sugar and jam. Cheap quality. Didn't taste any cream or milk. We were disappointed.

Naples Ice Cream Shoppe is our family favorite spot in Naples, FL. We are from Wisconsin and visit yearly for spring break. On our typical ten day vacation you can expect us to be standing on the pink floor at least 6-7 times. It’s the perfect night cap. The staff is friendly and kind. Our daughter loves the pink swirled floor and awesome wall paintings. The ice cream and styles of sundaes are the literal cherry on top. Can’t wait for our next visit! 🍦💞🍦💞🍦

Four of us stopped at this ice cream store and we were all pleased with the quality and flavors.

We decided not to get anything because their soft serve wasn't available and all the flavors appeared to be loaded with dyes and artificial ingredients. Not our kind of ice cream shop. Edit: Owner responded to my review and I challenge them to show me the full list of ingredients of their ice cream, along with how they color it. They say that my review is false but I would put money on the fact that I know more about food and what it contains than they do.

Meh. Overpriced basic scoop ice cream. Soft serve wasn't available. Employees were unpleasant. No atmosphere. Not exactly sure why this place has such good rating?

Worst service you can possibly get ,,, unfortunately never coming back here . EDIT: we only asked to pay for a small ice-cream cup and divide the ice cream into two small containers for kids(even McDonald does this).. along with an adult small ice cream cone ; 17$ pretty cheap!! Maybe your customer service should reflect such price + maybe add smiling non Latino speaking staff …she could barely understand our order, we drove all the way from another part of Naples for this big disappointment..next time I know where to go (I found many family friendly English speaking ice cream stores with real 5stars reviews)
