Naples Ice Cream Shoppe

This ice cream shop is without a doubt the best ice cream in Naples. Honestly it's better than any ice cream place I've been to, which is basically between Florida and Massachussets--I drove to Massachusetts hitting up many ice cream shops along the way (I love ice cream). It's a little disappointing to me that people would write such bad reviews based on one experience they have had, mostly because of customer service issues. Don't you realize that people have their own issues going on at home, and they are a lot of times younger people who are navigating life and figuring things out? I mean come on, God forbid the floor is dirty the one time that you go there... Sometimes people spill things and the employee working doesn't have time to clean it up right away. This is great ice cream for what I think is a pretty good price, I mean the sundaes are kind of expensive, but they are worth it; they are actually great products unlike many of these other places that overcharge for for a blizzard that isn't even up to the brim (*coughdairyqueencough*). The highest point for me in this place is that they actually sell chocolate jimmies which I can never find anywhere else. But I've never had an issue with the customer service, every time I've been in here someone has been extremely helpful and very patient, as I'm a very indecisive person. Y'all should think about what other people are going through before you throw bad reviews out there for a business that actually lives up to its expectations in my opinion. I'll never go to another ice cream shop again if I can help it, because this one has raised the bar so high that I really can't enjoy any other ice cream. Good ice cream , clean shop will come back

This is our first time visiting this ice cream shop, but it will not be our last! Staff was friendly and attentive, environment is both clean and comfortable, and our ice cream treats were delicious!
We just purchased a second home in Naples and will certainly be taking our visitors to your lovely shop.

Lots of dessert options and games and toys for kids and adults, fun decor, not busy on a Sunday afternoon!

Okay - not the freshest ice cream. The server was bored & ticked when customers walked in. Do not plan to return here. Very pricey - portions small for big verdes.

Service was super unfriendly. Floors and bathrooms were pretty disgusting despite the cool decor. The ice cream was pretty good though

My favorite in all of Naples. The peanut butter chocolate flavored ice cream made into a milkshake is an actual dream come true. The store is so nice and everyone is always so helpful and lovely. This is the absolute must visit of your time in Naples!

Stopped in for a scoop and tried the salty turtle. Very creamy. Not too cold. Appropriate ratio of pieces to cream. Would def go back!

We frequent this ice cream shop a lot as it’s a couple blocks from where we live. We enjoy the ice cream very much but there’s one issue every time…. The service. It’s poor each time we come. We have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but tonight was our last straw. Tonight (October 5th at 7:20pm) we went in and the employee working was a young girl. We aren’t sure if she was high or what was going on but she was quite rude and acted very frustrated as we ordered. My boyfriend ordered a large bowl with two scoops of chocolate and one scoop of vanilla and he asked for them layered. She was not thrilled that she had to switch scoopers. I ordered mine. We paid, asked for two spoons and she only gave us one. I don’t like to write bad reviews but something at this shop needs to be corrected before they lose loyal business. We’re not asking for the employee to sing us a song when we walk in. We just want competency and someone who is at least polite.

It was good. Not the best ice cream but better than most.

Our first time in Naples, lots of great places to eat, and this place has really good ice cream to cap off the perfect evening. Yum.
