Got there around 5pm and was meeting some friends for dinner. The wait staff was one of the worst, if not the worst, I have ever experienced in Gatineau. Ordered appetizers that came relatively quickly. Getting drinks refills before the dinner rush was slow and after the dinner rush almost inexistant. Ordered two medium pizzas and waited over an hour and never got the pizzas. First time in my life I’ve ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Worst experience, do not recommend.

It had been a while since I had been to Naples Pizza.Whenever I do a review, I try to be completely honest and give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt if I can.However, the last few times have been a complete miss for Naples Pizza.We ordered a large pizza half margarita, half pepperoni and the pepperoni was almost non-existent.The problem is, the whole pizza just isn't that good.The crust is very bland and lacks flavor. The crust is extremely thin and they're very cheap on the toppings.Without exaggeration, I have had Frozen pizzas from Publix that had more flavor.The staff was completely detached and you could tell they didn't want to be there.Last but not least, the AC must have been out because it was extremely hot in the restaurant.There's a lot of choices for pizza in Naples.Naples Pizza, I would highly recommend that you Read your negative reviews because they're all very similar, then compare your pizza to other pizza places in town and see how your pizza stacks up.Then make some changes or else you'll find yourself being another closed restaurant in town

We were in town for 1 night and son wanted pizza so we read good reviews pizza was delivered at 9 pm but they forgot the salad, no big deal delivery guy said he would be right back with it. NEVER SHOWED BACK UP WITH IT. We called Monday after returning home and the girl that answered phone took down my info and said a manager would be calling, NOTHING. Pizza was good but this place in my opinion is a joke. Oh and by the way my wife is a diabetic so doesn’t eat pizza. Naples pizza was very disappointing

Ordered two gluten-free pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese. They arrived burnt, both of them without extra cheese. When I called the store to have them send me two more pizzas out. The guy that answered the phone said he didn’t know how to take my order and he was the only one there. He asked if I could call back later????!!!I told him that he should probably call his boss and have him walk him through taking the order because I would like to have the two pizzas within 30 minutes because it’s outrageous to pay $40 for two small pizzas, then to have to call back later? Still waiting for the pizzas????????
