I don’t know how Napoli is still in business, but they need to fire most of the Lazy staff. How do you sell someone a pizza with sloppiness? How do you sell a pizza and cut the pizza not accordingly? This place has become trash unfortunately because of the pathetic employees if I were the owner, I would fire and rehire just like Donald Trump

Be careful with online orders with this restaurant, they accepted my order through Uber Eats and never sent the food, they did not answer my call, they reported the delivery, summary… scam

I dined in for the lunch special of 2 pizza slices and soft drink for $7.99. I asked if I could get one cheese and one sausage slice for an upcharge and that was my order at $9.99. Since the slices only had to be warmed up, it seemed to take an inordinately long time to receive my order. That was likely because the employee was on the phone and kept taking other calls while my order was warming in the oven. I finally received 2 slices of sausage pizza-not what I odered. So one sausage slice was taken back while the cheese slice prepared. The bottom crust of the sausage pizza tasted like over baked cardboard. The rest of the ingredients were not flavorful. My cheese slice arrived. The bottom crust was not as hard as the sausage slice, but still carboard-like and there was no gooey cheese. It seemed plastered onto the bottom crust.A waste of calories and money.

Always had a good experience with order and pick up until I needed to cancel an order.I make orders for work through their website and what they fail to tell you is that if you need to cancel you must call an App's 800#. No where on the email confirmation does it give this instruction. There are plenty of places where it wants you to download the App, which is common. But it gives no instructions for cancelling at all. So when I had to cancel I called the shop. They said I had to call this Slice App and No, they did not know the number. Luckily I keep everything as it is a work order and I found a Help number at the very bottom of the email and went from there. But seriously, that was a poor move on the shop's part.

Do not order the Chicken Parmesan Sub unless you like to spend $15 for frozen chicken patty on a 6inch hard bun!!The restaurant smelled burnt and hurt my eyes to stay in the place while my food was being cooked. The pizza reminded me of the original Napoli on the Bay on 13th.. but the subs at the original restaurant were AMAZING!! Not like here .. unfortunately!!

Did an order online. Dessert was stale, pizza tasted like cardboard, and wings were disgusting. Now I understand why they have a low score. Overpriced food. Definitely a pass.

Unfortunately, ownership is not giving the staff what they need to perform. Their technology is outdated and often doesn’t work. The atmosphere is terrible (if there wasn’t a “open” sign you’d swear they were closed it’s so dark). Good pizza, but no one knows what they’re doing.

Napoli On The Bay V is an all-around solid NY-style pizza place. I found it to be very similar to their location in the Pebblebrook plaza on the corner of Collier and Immokalee in both the food, decor and size. There are three tables at this location which seat four people each and a small bart top with 3 stools inside and a couple of tables outside. The model here is clearly takeout, but I was able to get a table and the service was good after ordering at the counter. Taste in pizza varies, so as a former New Yorker, I found it to be decent, but not top ten for me. Definitely recommend though for a quick slice or takeout pie.
