Oh Robert don't go back!! Food is awful!

I truly hate to leave this review but enough is enough. After my 3rd attempt to get take out and have a nice pizza we are giving up on Napoli. I’ve been a patron for 5 years and it has just gone down in overall quality, taste, and ingredients and their commitment to good pizza. This used to be our go to place for consistency but it just isn’t what it used to be. Sorry to say but my last 3 deliveries have come with the pizza soggy in the middle, burned in the ends (I order well done usually but my previous pie was burned), and as you can see from my latest picture no care in presentation. I recommend taking your business to the many other pizza spots that still give their all to the business, use quality ingredients and have consistency.

Worst pizza I have ever had! I grew up in Brooklyn and have a lot of experience. Too much mozzarella & soggy crust. I know they have other stores and I cannot comment on them but this one you can skip. Sorry Napoli.

I ordered $80.00 of food waited over two hours and it was never delivered. I then received an email stating the food was in my possession. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I called only to be disconnected with a recorded message stating no voice mail available. Who runs this place? What a horrible experience.

One of the worst pizza places in naples! As a business owner I hate to write negative reviews, but stay far away! Ordered $150 worth of food and no one ate anything! Vodka sauce looked like Alfredo, it was white (pure cream). The lasagna was pure salt. Will not return.
