Napoli On the Bay Pizza & Deli

Ordered a large wedge salad and got a small. Pizza seemed like it was made the other day. We ordered takeout and given a timeframe, received a text a few minutes later saying it was busy, and it would be later. When we arrived, the guy was playing on his phone and didn't know we ordered. He had to go in the back to find it

Cheesesteak, roll good, not enough meat or cheese on the sub, they used red onions so that was different.

Pizza is fine, if it shows up. Checks all the boxes of being pizza. They are unable to provide it though. Ordering online through slice.com is just a quick way to ruin your pizza not showing up. Slice.com either throws it out the window and doesn't show up, or Napoli on the Bay never made the pizza in the first place. Either way, the 2 are in cohoots to ruin plans to eat pizza to people who want to eat pizza. Much safer to got the standard delivery routes like papa John's or dominoes and have less options - at least they show up.

Meh. Not much choice in Naples so you get meh.

If you like a solid cheese pizza, I recommend a thin crust or just ask for a small stretched to a large and badabeem badaboom Walla!

We ordered a medium pizza and wings. Time frame was 30-45 minutes for delivery. I had to call to see where my order was, was told 5-10 minutes away. It was 20 so we waited over an hour.
The pizza was just ok, it was not hot just warm.
The wings were enetable!
Over cooked and hard to eat that most went directly in the garbage.
I will never oder from here again!!

Picked up pizza and a calzone. Always yummy. We ask for well done for a crispier crust.

The pizza was okay. I don’t know if it was fresh that day or leftover from the day before. The soda machine disbursed flat come. My friend and I were the only ones dining on. The price was good though. I don’t think we will go here again to dine in. Take out would be better?

I am a weekly customer, this establishment is getting worst by the day. Today I ordered pizza and was handed cold, easily 40 mins out of oven. My previous time ordering piza, the pizza has been soggy. Napoli, must get it together or I will be moving on to another 🍕 pizzeria.

The pizza was very dry w/ no taste very awful! Like cardboard.

Being a repeat client of the others locations on Napoli on the Bay and working in customer service, I don't like to write bad reviews. We order delivery yesterday, Uber Eat App would not let me change the address for 1 number so instead of choosing the option "leaving at the door" I chose "Meet at the door". The drop the pizza in a random chair in an abandon house. Pizza was ok and problem was easy to solve, the bad part was when I called to ask (since it says on its way till late that day) the person that answer was super rude and keep yelling and blaming me on the phone. I understood my part of blame but their support and assistance after paying was terrible. VERY disappointed! I've been also in the restaurant once before and place is very small and tables sticky!!!!!
After the answer I received on the phone and all the bad reviews below I doubt that they "will address this issue to ensure a better service in the future" as the owner said.
