This place uses various names on food apps. On Uber eats, this is “Pizza 239”. If you do pickup, it’s confusing because it doesn’t say the name (uber eats had the name of on of their other ghost kitchen restaurant names) on the door is Napoli on the Bay so I had to drive around until I found the unit number. Food is ok but very frustrating to find. It’s essentially a ghost kitchen that uses many names to get more pick up orders. It’s fine but a bit misleading and confusing because you won’t find the restaurant name on google to check reviews. If you find Napoli on the Bay you’ll see the reviews aren’t impressive. Visitors won’t be here long enough to notice but locals eventually will. That aside, their soup and pasta is ok and they are open later than other places. Not my favorite but I’d order again sometimes.

The Best pizza in Naples. Really good chicken wings and the house salad is delicious.

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes the food is delicious but sometimes it’s burnt. When I’ve called to complain, they don’t seem to care. We’ve only ordered from the Pebblebrooke location and the quality is inconsistent to the point that I’ve stopped ordering from this establishment. Dining out is too expensive to feel like you’re throwing your money away.

Not as good as their other locations. It’s Too bad because this used to be our favorite pizza spot! Pizza is Usually pretty soggy. Have to stick with a cheese or pepperoni pizza, any additional toppings it’ll be sopping wet. Have to order every pizza well done… also expensive for what you get.

The lunch special is pretty good and filling. Their garlic knots are absolutely terrible. The whole take out container is filled literally half way up the container with butter, and tons of giant pieces of garlic showed inside and all in the butter. The pepperoni rolls were the exact same way. It tasted like they just stuffed the garlic knots with pepperoni and cheese, and again FULL of garlic and butter. I honestly had to throw them away. The funny thing is that I have eaten at other Napoli on the bay locations and had a great experience! I know this one is a newer one so maybe the staff just needs more training? They are friendly but I cant get past the food, it's simply not cooked right.

Worst mess of “pizza” ever!!! A pile of raw mush. I complained and was told it was because of the veggies. Never again!!!

A large specialty pizza and pepperoni garlic knots on a Saturday night is what I was looking forward to, instead I get what can only be described as a sad impersonation of something edible. I opened the box and the toppings were all shifted to the left, spilling over the crust and onto the box. I picked up a slice and all of the toppings and cheese slide off like liquid. I said to myself, "well that's what a fork and knife are for, am I right?" Nope. wrong. It tasted like someone dumped a pre-k lunch onto a wad of dough. Perhaps I could find an ounce of solace in the pepperoni rolls? Again, a pipe dream. The center was not cooked enough, and the pepperoni looked like it hadn't seen Temps above room level. This place has given me a new found gratitude for Little Caesars. Thank you Lil Caesars.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. But our pizza was terrible and had to be completely thrown away. For the price, the quality is horrible. Instead of getting a pizza, we recieved a soggy mess. The toppings all slid off the pizza and it wasn't even edible. The crust was so thin that it fell apart because of the sauce. I'll never be ordering from here again. It was an absolute waste of money and incredibly disappointing.

I live within 2 miles of 7 pizza joints, and have tried them all because I finally made it to Napoli on the bay off Collier in Naples. We ordered a Napoli Supreme pizza in person for takeout and waited outside for it to be prepared. The staff was very polite and made up the most ridiculous amazing pizza I have had since I moved to Naples 2 years ago. The mushrooms and peppers were fresh and the sausage and pepperoni tasted like it was from the best Italian market. Absolutely delicious and totally made with care… the toppings were plentiful and evenly distributed throughout. But the most amazing part of the pizza was the crust! It was perfectly cooked and had an incredible texture and flavor! Fabulous Job Napoli Pizza!!!

Charged $20 for a “medium” pizza that is messed up, crust is broken off on one side of the pizza. Supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni but there is only one slice that is just cheese. Staff wasn’t that great when I asked about the size, ordered a medium but looks like they gave me a small.

We grabbed pizza enroute to the beach and it tasted fantastic!!! We got thin crust (some people prefer thick, so heads up) and the slices were huge and didn't have that oil pool that sometimes trickles when you fold the slice in half. Tastiness...

Ordered a pizza. They marked it as delivered and never delivered it after waiting an hour and half for it.
