Out of business so soon ?
.50 cents added to the price of an already premium priced drip coffee for a teaspoon of honey?!.... Cold eggs in the breakfast sandwiches...Really?! Emailed owner a month ago, zero response. Haven't been back?
It has been second time today that I was nearly served expired milk in my cortado. A week ago they already had a pack of milk expired 3 days ago and today their milk expired 2 days ago. For the price they charge (the most expensive cortado I’ve ever seen), they could have made sure their milk is fresh!
The best coffee in Naples!!!

Good vibes, good service, good coffee what more could you ask for. The strawberry matcha lemonade seasonal drink was so delicious we ended up buying another after the first one. Mocha wasn’t my favorite but cappuccino was amazing. Pastries were delish too. Definitely recommend!

Ordered an oat milk latte and it got topped with regular dairy whipped cream. Not a terrible review but the barista at the time didn’t seem to care or understand the ingredients for dietary restrictions. Nbd I will recommend both locations still

Loved Narrative when we came down from Tennessee to visit. However this time our experience was not so good. Ordered the chagaccino. Definitely was not put into my drink because it tasted like a plain milk latte. I mentioned it to the server but she said it was in it. We have a coffee trailer business and use Renudes chagaccino. I know what it was supposed to taste like. This was a disappointment

You are going to get a very creamy perfectly made latte from a local roaster... and a yummy almond croissant. Every time. Your latte is going to have a leafy heart design on top in the foam. Anything else you don't like, you can let it slide.

I was hesitant to write this review, but after thinking about my experience at Narrative Coffee, I feel it’s necessary to save others their time and money. When I first walked in with my boyfriend, we instantly felt the unwelcoming atmosphere. None of the staff greeted us or told us where we could place our order, so we stood there like idiots for 5 minutes. I understand being busy, but simply saying welcome makes all the difference. When it came time to order, the woman who took my order barely said anything to me and treated me like I was doing her a favor, which was bizarre. I felt embarrassed for them because their hospitality was severely lacking. The coffee was mid, and honestly, I should’ve left and gone to Starbucks. The only good thing I can say is they allow dogs, and the aesthetic is cute, which is why I am giving them one star.
