Still the best coffee place in Naples. Try their large cappuccino or latte among other offerings and you won't go anywhere else. Great patio.

Used to be a regular but without fail when I do stop by it’s consistently worse than the prior visit. Absent ownership is evident with the place increasingly in disrepair. Most recent visit the restrooms were out of order and it did not appear to be temporary as they were blocked off entirely.
Great location. Hoping ownership will change hands once more, ideally to more competent buyers willing to maintain the place.

This place is ok. They didn't have a lot of options and they only had one size, which was kind of pricey for what you're getting. Drinks weren't bad and they have a lot of seating indoors and outdoors, and it is a great location. So this is a good place if you have people with you or if you're looking for a place to hookup your laptop and get some work done. But overall, I wasn't too impressed with the lack of drink options, pricing, and lack of size options for drinks. But it's still work checking it out of you're in the area. Clearly a lot of people do enjoy this place

Narrative was a little on the pricey side which one would assume due to being a small business coffee shop. An enormous line from 09:00 to 11:00 hours. I did enjoy the coffee very much, just a little expensive!

I ordered an iced latte and asked for less ice. They gave me the latte roughly 80% full, so I asked them to fill the cup. They refused; no extra milk (probably, literally, 1-2 more ounces). If you charge $7 for a coffee, give people what they ask for (within reason).

I actually give no stars! First time there this morning, I thought I would have gotten my coffee in one of the nice mugs they have, but it went into a paper cup. Coffee looked very weak, and when the girl poured cream into the coffee she poured way too much and several times she had to pour some out and add more coffee. While my husband went to put sugar in his coffee, the cream had curdled, probably because they have a big half gallon container that sits out on the counter. The worst part was that the girl putting the cream in our coffee had a filthy apron, not dirty but filthy! Cream should not be sitting out like that unless it is in a container to keep it from spoiling, plus I like to add my own. This was a one and done! One star because I was refunded the full amount!

Decent beans, great vibe, and a menu to suit everyone’s needs. I had a 8oz latte and my barista was fantastic.
Great little coffee spot! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff really know their craft. My drink was perfectly balanced smooth, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality and the details. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
