Stopped by the coffee shop today and was blown away by the customer service. The staff Chris and Mimi were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. My order was perfect and came out quickly. It’s so refreshing to see a team that clearly cares about their customers. Definitely coming back!

Excellent coffee and amazing staff. The baristas were quick to come up with a solution when my daughter wanted something different and special. It was delicious. The space is perfect and inviting to sit and relax. We plan on returning often!

We came on Saturday @8:25pm and the store was already closed. The website shows close time 9:00pm. Very disappointed. A lot of people tried to enter but being told it’s closed. My question to the owner why mislead people with time?

My iced Carmel latte was delicious and came quick but it was not busy. BUT I was really disappointed in the outside seating! Disorganized and dirty. No outside ambience whatsoever. For being right in the heart of Mercato I expected something more. Perfect weather to sit outside but the seating area is just so unpleasant here. Uncomfortable seats and dirty ground and tables. 🫤

As a European I must say this place ticks all the boxes. Amazing coffee (we had several cortados and perfect cappuccinos), small pastries, very friendly staff, atmosphere with the chill music and other people was great. Would recommend 10/10!

In the over saturated corporate-esq coffee culture we see in the 21st century; offering a quick grab and go for the next customer may seem efficient, but I would argue it is impersonal. The environment at Narrative offers the personalized experience every coffee shop should have. With the barista's hard work they have curated a fantastic vibe for all. Pat, Chris, Andrew, Salem all have gotten to know me on a very comforting and fantastic level! Every day they push the boundaries of excellence and much like a professional proctologist, they touch each and every one one of us. I have been a giant fan of narrative, even though I cannot cool many people off, and I plan to still willingly support this local business!! They work hard to keep their area as clean as they can, and they take pride in their work! One of the best places for a nice coffee, conversation and care! (They all know how much I love the chocolate croissants).
When the owner's away, the business will sway... 15mins to order a coffee :( The ordering process is unorganized and the outside needs attention, trash everywhere and dirty tables. Employees are very relaxed and social...no urgency when there's a long line of people waiting. Coffee is good. Room for improvement.

The modern, well-appointed shop features both indoor and outdoor seating areas. We enjoyed a delightful cappuccino with expertly steamed, frothy milk. The friendly, knowledgeable baristas provided excellent service.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, when I tried to order the cashier said they had no cold brew and no breakfast sandwiches. At 9:15am, peak breakfast time. You’re a coffee shop - do better.
