I got my coffee as normal today, so usually I used to drink a flat white because they make it with perfect taste but today I bought a rool cinnamon sadly it was terrible and old. Please, you have to throw it away when is old, what do you sell it ,the cost is almost 5 dollars pleaseeeeeee

This place makes good lattes BUT…..In the last 5 times I have gone here in the past 15 days.. One time the milk steamers were broken, another time they had no water system and couldn’t make espresso based drinks and then the last time they closed 3 hours early for a team meeting….Pretty frustrating to drive out of your way, find parking in the mercato and then there to be a coin flip on if they’re able to make coffee.Get your own water filtration system or go buy gallons of water if you have to..... Go buy a backup milk steamer for emergencies….It’s like a pizza shop running out of cheese.

I went in Sunday during the cars and coffee event. There was a line of about 20 people. After waiting a significant amount of time for a drink, they said they were out of the tea to make it. We then ordered a different drink and a hot chocolate. Both drinks were mostly milk, served WARM. All around very unpleasant experience. After reading several reviews, it appears that this establishment often is out of what they have on their menu. They should at least have stickers or notes with the menus to show that they are out of stock of items. Poor management.

I used to love this place they hired a new girl and a new male and their service is absolutely TRASH . Never dealt with a young adult that acts like a 5year old talking about customers while they're drinking their coffee etc . Just children . Do better especially for it being in Mercato . Just HORRENDOUS
