It's amazing. Look at all the recent horrible reviews peppered in with a few 5 stars from friends and family maybe. WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE AND WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO CONTINUE ON???!! Food is ok… I don't know why everybody thinks it's the best around here though. Staff is horrible. Make sure you pay with exact change on carry out or staff will try to con you out of your change for a tip. The STAFF is only reason I refuse to eat here. People, Process, Product.... No focus on first P here. No fake response needed on here from management either, who know exactly whats going on and know they have no real desire to correct issues. Its just a way for them to have last word and pretend they care.
8/4 update- you can tell by response what kind of people you are dealing with here. YES I ABSOLUTELY POSTED A POSITIVE REVIEW FOR A COMPETITOR AFTER NYPP forced me to a competitor. I held off on posting competitors NAME on this review as you see. Take ownership for yourself, your business and your staff. I didn’t even scratch the surface with this review. Thanks for reinforcing that staff behavior comes from the top. Truth hurts sometimes. I will continue to post further FACTS about NYPP at this location…..

Pretty good pizza, got the meat lovers. The place was packed & messy as hell. I picked up ours to go, the girls at the counter didn't really want to be there, pretty bad service. Only place in the area, so they probably don't care anyway.

Delicious pizza, expertly made. Plenty of choices for toppings. We had the pepperoni, and the sausage, and Buffalo chicken. Sauce was tasty plenty of cheese. We got the garlic crust which was a great choice.
Went for lunch with friends a few days ago. I really need to go back more often! Food was absolutely delicious and fresh! Fresh marinara and the portions were huge! Large stromboli and large calzones for 13 bucks is a steal ! Service was spot on , really nice attentive waitress! I will go back soon for another calzone or stromboli fir sure!
They get our take out order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I don’t know who’s running the show over there but they are a mess and screw it up every single time. The delivery guy drove around with HALF OF OUR ORDER in the back of his car?!??? WTH! We try to give them chances and it never ends well. Go somewhere else!

Best pizza around. I am Long Island, New York and I love good pizza. However, the recent renovations are awful. The pink barstools are God awful and much too low. The flowers hanging from the ceiling are a dust collector and all that pink makes it look like a brothel not a sports bar. The PINK has got to go. Food is excellent.
I have eaten here many times. However, it has been some time. Everything served is freshly prepared and served with a wonderful and friendly staff. They have added a bar and more tables on the inside and outside dining. More sports and televisions than before. Clean and welcoming. Italian food is excellent! Chow Bella!

I came in recently for the first time, I sat at the bar and was so super with the service since it seems difficult to get good service nowadays. I was equally impressed with the lemon drops! The bartender, I believe her name was Michelle was very welcoming and on top of everything! I Will definitely be coming back to sit at the bar with friends
