You expect bread with your Italian meal not an extra charge. A previous visit a 8 months ago a salad was included not this time. Food was alright but not for the price.

I’m here to revise my review, as Max the Manager is a wonderful human being. Usually, when you write bad reviews, it’s the same automated response that you get from that business. There’s no actual apology, or sincerity behind it. But my wife and I had a not so great experience a few weeks ago, and Max wrote what a thoughtful and attentive message. He expressed his apologies, and even bought us dinner for the night! It’s not even about the meal, but the fact that he took time out of his day to talk to us personally. Usually getting a hold of a store manager in any restaurant is like trying to get a hold of the pope, but Max provided us with his personal number, and we were able to express our concerns. One bad experience, and one rude individual was enough to lose our business for good. But, one PHENOMENAL manager is enough to keep us coming back. We love NYPP. The food is awesome. Being a New Yorker, raised in Brooklyn, and Sicilian at that means that we’re hard to please. To top it off, not many Italian cuisines in Naples are Sicilian inspired. It’s all over priced, and from other parts of Italy that tend to be more touristy. But NYPP seriously reminds me of sitting in my nonna’s kitchen on 18th avenue - making chicken cutlets and Sunday sauce. This place is a gem, and Max is the epitome of what a great customer experience looks like!SincerelyHeaven & Giuseppina LoCicero

I'd like to leave a glowing review, but NYPP was just ok. There was nothing bad, nor was anything great. Here's more detail:1) Food: I had lasagna. It was OK - not bad, nor was it great.2) Service: The waitress was busy, but I had to ask 3 times for sweetener.3) Atmosphere: It's kind of a sports bar atmosphere - lots of flat screen tv's and lots of 'crowd noise'. Again, it was just OK.

Just had dinner at NYPP on Immokalee Rd. I ordered a lasagna that came out late and cold. I waited for Megan B. our server to come and check on us. When she finally made her way back to the table, she just asked if we were done, grabbed the plates and just walked off. Never asked why I didn’t eat my dinner or offer to take it off the check or give me an opportunity to order something else. She then came back with the check that she slightly throw in front of my husband and we ended up paying for the dinner, because there was no opportunity to talk with Megan. What horrible service! Against my wanting, my husband still tipped her. I have worked hospitality all my career and would never hire someone that treated my clients that way. I got up from the table and went up to her at the bar and told her that the food was not edible she said, “ok I’ll let chef know” no apology or remorse. They just lost a long time customer. Never again. I love to support local, but not when they mistreat their customers. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I have come twice, the first time my waitress was Evelyn, the second time Michael, both are very friendly and attentive, however, both times I have had to wait a long time for the food, the second time I waited almost 30 minutes for a simple margherita pizza, so ...If you don't mind waiting, then it's worth it, I love their pizzas, they're delicious, but you can't always wait that long... I'll give it 3 stars, 1 for the service, another for the food and another for the atmosphere, I think that they don't deserve the 4.

This is my go to place when I’m in the mood for some great food! The grilled Octopus is my fav but my family really enjoys the deep dish pizza. Antoinette was simply amazing! Super attentive and sweet personality. Couldn’t have asked for better service, if you haven’t checked this gem out, you definitely should! ?
