NYPP New York Pizza Pasta

One waiter barely had the attention span to take our orders before attempting to walk away. The waitress that brought the food to the table had an AirPod in her left ear, in a restaurant where you could barely hear the person across from you. She put the wrong plate in front of the wrong person every time she came to the table. As well as reaching across the length of the table to hand a plate to my wife, who was feeding our baby. Seems like they saw there was six of us (meaning they get a 20% included tip per policy) and couldn’t give two shits about doing a decent job knowing they would get their tip. It’s a shame considering the food is actually pretty good. Though the drinks were 5/10. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in the past year

Burnt pizza. No excuse, I arrived 10 minutes early. Don't pick up without opening the box and looking at your order. Don't add a tip until you check the pizza.

You should take the name off your delivery vehicles if you're going to drive like a bunch of animals.

Food is always excellent. Love their eggplant Parmigiano. Pizza as good as any in Naples. The sausage and mushroom is always cooked perfectly.
I could eat there every night.

Lunch specials are top notch.
