We’ve been coming to ninja since they opened and we’ve always had a positive experience. My husband and I came with our 2 year old today for our sons birthday and he was nothing short from a nightmare… they took care of us quickly and calmly and still came to sing him happy birthday! He was in the car while I waited for the bill so he didn’t get to experience that happy birthday celebration but regardless, it made me even more happy to support the restaurant! The food is always amazing and the staff is always so kind!Dietary restrictions: Our son has a dairy allergy, very accommodating!Kid-friendliness: Great with upset toddlers!
Visited last week with a group of longtime friends. Loud and obnoxious atmosphere did not allow us to even have conversation. Food was bland and unseasoned.

i assure you, there’s a plethora of better hibachi places to spend your money at. the food is mid and tasted unseasoned. i could’ve made better fried rice at home. they gave us inflatable headbands and i noticed mine had dried sauce on it, so they must be reusing them between customers without cleaning, which is unsanitary. the atmosphere feels overcrowded and claustrophobic. theres no sort of noise or privacy buffer around the hibachi grill tables, which are each packed super tightly with people. i wouldn’t recommend this dining experience, it wasn’t a favorable one in the slightest.

Planned to bring my son here for his 18th birthday. Called days ahead to make sure ownership knew it was a surprise birthday dinner. We were to sit as a family and have his friends walk in after us as a surprise. When we arrived as a family we were told we were not allowed to be sat until the whole party had arrived(impossible considering the rest of the group was a SURPRISE and we had been told previously that we could be accommodated). the owner was argumentative, rude and not at all accommodating considering the importance of the day. Never at any establishment have I experienced such horrible service. Ninja is more concerned with the turnover of costumers rather than satisfaction and happiness of the costumer. Will never be returning. Thankfully we drove an extra 15 minutes over to Tokyo bay in Bonita and had the most amazing experience.

Absolutely atrocious experience at this hibachi grill. The host seemed more interested in her phone than getting us a table. Awful food and awful experience resulting in bland, undercooked dishes that lacked any semblance of flavor. The restaurant itself was filthy, with sticky tables and a pervasive odor of stale grease. To top it off, the service was even worse, with rude staff who couldn't care less about our dining experience or the fact that we were celebrating a birthday. Save your money and avoid this disaster of a hibachi grill at all costs.

I'm utterly perplexed by the high rating of this hibachi grill. Out of all the hibachi grilles in Naples this is unequivocally the worst in Naples. The food is an insult to taste buds – undercooked meats, and veggies and minute made rice. Service is non-existent, with waitstaff moving at a glacial pace. Behind the scenes, owner “candy” is more concerned with profit than customer satisfaction. I expressed my dissatisfaction and nothing was done. Save yourself the agony and dine elsewhere.Reply: this is was in fact my second time dining at this establishment. The first time was equally as disappointing and all I was offered as compensation were stale fried oreos. This review reflects my honest opinion of this establishment after being met with disappointment yet again. Hope the constructive criticism pushes you to do better for future costumers. Especially considering past reviews from multiple different costumers over the past year. Good luck!

Everything was delicious and service was quick. Cherry blossom roll with purple rice is so good. Dancing jalapeño roll is perfect if you like raw and spicy sushi!

My family went to have dinner on March 28, 2024, around 8:00 PM. However, the two girls at the front desk were extremely rude. Consequently, we left without having dinner and we will never go back. Worse service ever.
