Norman Love Confections - Naples

As the other reviews of Norman Love confections show customers have different favorites. Some love the chocolates. Others love the gelato and so on.

As the photos to this review attest, in our home we love their cakes.The presentation is immaculate from the box the cakes come within, to the bag and then the artistry of the cakes themselves. They look beautiful.

The looks are not deceiving. The cakes themselves are delightful. A particular favorite for us is the white chocolate raspberry. However, over the years we have tried and enjoyed several different cakes and none disappoint.

The price point for the cakes given the quality is reasonable. We share the views of some clients that believe that the chocolates are expensive, albeit we occasionally enjoy them.

The location gets very busy, particularly on obvious occasions such as Valentine’s Day. Overall the service is usually good if you eat in, but occasionally does not live up to the price point of the product. Sometimes the coffee can be stale, but servers always remake it if it is and it is brought to their attention.

Overall we unequivocally recommend Norman Love and encourage you to find your favorite product. There is likely to be something that delights most people. We definitely recommend the cakes for birthdays and celebrations.

My husband and I have received a box of Norman Love chocolates for Christmas the past 2 years. From our Landscape Maintenance Company.

The one and only thing we have found impressive is the packaging and shipping. The flavors are unique but not for us. Visually they are colorful but not appealing.

Terrible gift card policy. Our grandson gave us a $25 gift card for Norman Love. It cannot be used in store, only online. The $25 online order has a $15 shipping charge so the there is a 60% shipping charge. Called Norman Love and there was nothing they would do to resolve this inequity. Suggestions:
1. Don't sell $25 gift cards that can only be used online with a $15 shipping charge.
2. Offer to give credit in store.
$10 does not buy much at Norman Love on-line

The store is inviting and the staff are very friendly. Your brookies and chocolate chocolate chip cookies are amazing…. We keep coming back for your specialty desserts as well!!

Beautiful, yummy chocolates for our guests' bedsides, delicious specialty cakes, pastries, and cookies, and stellar coffee all served by a friendly staff. This place is a gem!

Went to the Naples location to order a birthday cake, Vic was very helpful with the special order! Stephanie was very cheerful and helpful with us as well. Great location always look forward to the chocolate and desserts. Gina T.

I had never been there before, but knew of their reputation. I was quite impressed with their display of confections and the service was impeccable.

This is one of the greatest chocolate places in the world! The chocolate is so delicious and so pretty. Its expensive but very worth it! I highly recommend it!

I have been in the shop in Naples, Fla...The people who work there are helpful & sweet (pun intended)...There is nothing in Norman Love I wouldn't buy...My son always sends it to me for my BDay & couldn't be happier!!!
.I've never been a fan of filled chocolate always chocolate covered nuts..But Norman Loves filled candies are so natural, creamy & luxurious on your tongue...A very special candy to send as a gift..
