Wonderful chocolates!

I have been in the shop in Naples, Fla...The people who work there are helpful & sweet (pun intended)...There is nothing in Norman Love I wouldn't buy...My son always sends it to me for my BDay & couldn't be happier!!!
.I've never been a fan of filled chocolate always chocolate covered nuts..But Norman Loves filled candies are so natural, creamy & luxurious on your tongue...A very special candy to send as a gift..

This is the best chocolate ever! Absolutely no complaints, not just about the chocolates and other products, but also about the service. The employees here are always fantastic, making every visit a great experience.

Very late in the day so lots of great candy was looked at and some was purchased.
Hoped for pastries but again it was late in the day so we were disappointed

I had the pleasure of visiting Norman Love today, and I must say the experience was outstanding! Emily, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my visit memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience.

The chocolates, as always, were divine, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a special treat and exceptional service, this is the place to go. Thank you, Emily !

Super excited to go and get fabulous desserts! Special day-- my birthday 💞Spent about $50. Ordered coffee, Gelato, and desserts with my husband. Server charged me and we sat down to eat. He later comes back and says that he charged me a dollar less so he will need to credit my card and charge me to include the DOLLAR!! I actually was stunned. Server said he would ask his manager what he should do... never saw the manager. He later comes and tells me about the credit and charges me for the extra dollar. Quite frankly customer service is definitely low.. I mean for a dollar... geez... will have to think about coming back to this place.
