The food at Oak & Stone was really good—especially the pizza, calamari, and pickle fries. I decided to treat myself to a drink since it was a special night, even though I don’t normally drink. I told the server I wanted something that tasted good but didn’t taste like straight alcohol. She brought out the wrong drink, and when I explained the issue and re-explained what I was looking for, she brought out another incorrect drink. On top of that, she seemed annoyed that I had sent the drinks back, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food was a highlight, but the service unfortunately took away from what could have been a great night.

Have been here twice both times in a party of 2. Both times the same blonde hostess was working the front and completely ignored us before we said something to get a table. This most recent visit she was too busy talking to other coworkers to even notice us. Our server was alright other than not getting a refill on drinks. Food was good but staff definitely needs some improvement. Hostesses are the face of your restaurant and if the first thing you’re experiencing is blantantly being ignored, its not a great look.

My daughter and I were starving and decided to try the place. It was around 2pm, I was really hoping to have pizza but they couldn’t make pizza that day for some reason. So we split a burger and the pretzel appetizer. They were nice enough to serve the burger already split which was nice. The fries were old and tasted like they had been sitting under a heater for a while. They served beer cheese and stone mustard with the pretzels but it was tiny containers.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The sauce and cheese both lacked flavor. The pepperoni was normal and the dough was fine. The buffalo wings were very nice. Service was good. 7/10 would cone back

I did a takeout delivery today ordered a sticky wings and aan all way pizza. When I got home, I had sticky wings that were burnt to a crisp and a white pizza with jalapeños on it, which is not what I ordered, and the food was fair at best, and the pizza was gloppy. We are seasonal and I’ve been there many times to go to dinner and it never received this type of poor Food. Additionally, when I got to the restaurant to pick up our order, the girl was so interested in the male server she barely paid any attention to me wasn’t sure what my order was, and why, and then had a hard time processing it because she was so distracted by the male server that she was smitten about. It’s very embarrassing for the owners of this restaurant they should recognize that that the customer is a customer and the server works for the customer ! Also get the order correct, a very disappointing experience!
5 star service and quality I recommend you try this location, I wanted to thank Jacob the manager, I went with a big group of soccer players and parents and he did not hesitate to move tables and chairs around quickly to get us situated. Big thanks again to him and his staff.

It was refreshing to have a wonderful experience at a restaurant. Had the option to early check in on the app so the wait time was less when arriving. Great atmosphere, happy and positive attitude from employees. Food was amazing and service was fast. Drinks were made well and love the idea of the craft beer wall. Will definitely return to this restaurant!!
