The off the bone restaurant has a walk up counter you expect someone to work at. Instead you order and have to pay thru pelican Larry's. Took about an hour to receive food.

The brisket that was edible was not good. It was about 90% fat and grease with little meat. Pulled pork was dry and stale. Ribs were old. Pretty sure it just sits on a heat lamp the entire day. 100% do not recommend.

I have been here a few times for multiple occasions, the food is either good or bad, and not consistent. For a bbq place most times I have gone it has been lackluster and things like a basic burger from there have been much better. The sauce on the tables are generally good and I like the outside seating however every time I have gone the staff have been far from good, forgot that they had us as a table, dropped the food and water, took 10+ minutes to get two waters when we were the only people in the restaurant. It’s not horrible but there are much better places for BBQ.

This is my first ever 2 star review, and please consider it constructive criticism. So full disclosure, I ate at the bogus ghost location in Fort Myers that you can’t even review because it’s in another Restaurant called Pelican Larry’s. I found it on Apple Maps as I was driving through and was very confused when I drove up. I had to clarify I was in the right spot. Then the girl who took my order didn’t write anything down and lo and behold got my order wrong. I’ll give her credit for correcting it with no issue. I ordered brisket and pork with beans, Mac n cheese, and Cole slaw for sides. I subbed garlic toast for the corn bread. She was hesitant to sub them at first, but when I pointed out they were the same price, she agreed. The mistake was they sent ribs instead of the pork, but as noted she brought the pork. The beans were 5 star, the best part of the meal. The brisket was 3 stars, everything else was 2 stars outside of the mac n cheese that was barely 1 star. The meats presented well, but tasted dry and old to me. Looking back at the pictures, they do look dry and iridescent. The pork was greasy and in some kind of sloppy sauce. The Cole slaw had some flavor and the Mac n cheese had no flavor. Yes, I said that correct in there was no flavor. Oh, and the bread was very greasy. I burped up the greasy meat taste for the whole hour drive to my hotel. Still burping. It’s sad to think this is what some people know as proper BBQ. I’m sure you have good intentions, but for the sake of your name and reputation, you might need to reconsider that location. Your normal location might be much better, but just be glad I gave you 2 stars.

Food was good in the beginning when i first started going there bartenders don't last to long. Every week someone get fired or quits i got a salad the was frozen the unfrozen and served to me was so bad get fresh foods if your prices are going to be high for a salad. I don't mine paying but i like my food fresh especially in a restaurant car shows were great just didn't care for the service and food anymore wont be back there anytime soon but as always all good thing come to an end and that's the route i see coming soon if they don't step the food game up

Looks like it would be a great place to eat some bbq, but it was not very good and mediocre at best.

We have pretty high BBQ standards and we found everything we tried to be delicious. The ribs we some of the best we’ve ever had. So much meat and they fell off the bone. We had great service. The baked beans were one of the best I can remember ever having.

Went for Lunch, started off friendly and we sat down, our waitress came over greeted us, then took our order.

The food was decently priced, but we decided to share the sampling platter. When it was delivered it was in styrofoam, over cooked, and most likely heated in the microwave.

For starters the brisket wasn't bad (just overcooked) so we tried the 4 sauces they had which weren't ideal and we decided to it dry, the pulled chicken was drenched in some sauce which tasted like vinegar that pooled at the bottom of the styrofoam cup, the pulled pork had the consistency of dog food and taste of spoiled apple butter, the ribs weren't too bad just not fall off the bone without aid.

For sides we chose mac & cheese and the "brisket" baked beans, the mac & cheese tasted like water with powdered milk and the beans were like overcooked bush beans with extra chunks of fat but watered down.

As for our waitress she was exceptional... at siting at the bar and playing on her phone.

Needless to say we won't be returning which is a shame because we were really looking forward to it, but i will say this, the food was so good we barely ate half and the other half came back up in the parking lot.

First off I would just like to say… my expectations have been blown through the roof. BBQ has always been a favorite of mine and this was pretty good. Service was absolutely fantastic. Shealyn, my server, made sure I was taken care of and all of my needs were met. 5 Stars on Service. All in all I will be returning!

I have tried almost every single BBQ joint in Bonita / Naples. This place gets my vote! The ribs are literally fall off the bone. Well flavored and the sauces all compliment each other very well! I liked every single one of them! Rare. By far the best BBQ iv had since moving to south Florida. Will be going back.
