Hello everyone, I want to leave this comment here to let you know that the service at this place is terrible, especially from an employee named Nicol Colon, who treated me and my family very badly when we complained about the dirt and bad smell.

I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience my family had at your restaurant today.

After being seated, our assigned server never came to our table. My children were hungry, so we placed our food order ourselves using the tabletop kiosk and also used the “call server” function multiple times. Despite waiting for a long time, no one came to take our order or assist us.

When I finally stopped a passing server to ask for help, instead of offering assistance or apologizing, we were questioned about how we had received the children’s food that appeared in the system. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we were unable to eat and had to leave the restaurant.

From the beginning, the experience was troubling. When we were first seated, we requested a high chair for our 20-month-old child. We were told it was not allowed because the table was “in the walkway,” yet we were not offered an alternative table—even though many other tables were clearly available. As a result, we were forced to seat a toddler on an adult chair. Even more concerning, it appeared that we did not have an assigned server at all.

We were the only Asian family in the restaurant at the time, and given the complete lack of service, assistance, and basic courtesy, this experience felt discriminatory. At no point did anyone apologize or attempt to correct the situation.

This was particularly distressing as we are traveling with young children during the holiday season, and this incident completely ruined what should have been a pleasant family meal.

I have never experienced anything like this at an Olive Garden before, and I am deeply disappointed. I am requesting a thorough review of this incident and an explanation of how such treatment was allowed to occur.

I was pleasantly surprised by how vegan‑friendly Olive Garden can be. The staff was helpful in pointing out plant‑based options, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The pasta with marinara and the famous salad (ordered without croutons or dressing) were both delicious, and the breadsticks are a huge win since they’re naturally vegan. A great spot for a cozy, reliable vegan meal.

I really love this place. The pasta and appetizers are fantastic! The unlimited salad is excellent. The waiters who serve us are always very attentive and friendly. It's the first place that comes to mind when I want to eat out with my family and friends!
