The food is very good. However, don't go for the service or atmosphere. They have a bar, but no bartender. Eating in the dining room which is very bright, makes you feel like you are in a banquet room. The staff is "surly". I politely asked for chopsticks and the gal gave me the dirtiest look. And while I waited for my friend to arrive, I listened to the manager very loudly make complaints about people staying too long at their table and the kitchen being slow.
Ugh.

The food was well prepared and worth the lengthy wait. The atmosphere is nice. The server did not seem to care if we were there or not. We waited and waited for him to take our drink order. Once he arrived we asked to go ahead and place our dinner order for fear we wouldn’t see him again. The restaurant was busy but not over crowded. Our server ruined our experience and that was upsetting because the food was fabulous. We won’t go back but we would consider take out order. It’s unfortunate for this restaurant to get fewer stars than I would like to give.

Very good cuisine. Very nice ambiance. Good location and parking. Dim sum very good. However, we pre-ordered Peking Duck (45 minutes prep) for $68.95. Duck was prepared and looked amazing when brought to the table, but it was taken back to the kitchen, and only a portion of the duck was returned to our table. They keep the leg (and thigh?) meat in the kitchen!

We bought the duck for $$$ but we never got the duck. Just pieces/slices It was a total bait and switch.
Service was outstanding thanks Christopher! Food was great. Quantity based on buying a duck was a rip off.
I want the duck served at the table with the bones. They served at least of half of my duck to other customers
My bill with drinks and side dishes was $200. The duck was $65 that we never got.
Just put the duck on my table and cut it or shred it - then I would be happy.. I have pics of the duck vs what we were served. Rip off! But great service and taste.

Don't believe the negative reviews. All businesses have problems having to find people to work and maintain quality. Have been coming here for years and was scared off by some negative reviews. Gave another try and am glad I did. Debra was outstanding server. Remarks about no take out orders do not take in consideration the problems businesses have getting reliable staff. Anyone that knows great Chinese food knows that it should be enjoyed at the restaurant, or it dies in a box just like pizza does. If you want fast take out food, go to Burger King. If you want to celebrate a special occasion at the best Chinese food restaurant, I recommend this place. And no, they do not serve chicken nuggets for you people from the Midwest

Great service and food. A little expensive but worth it. $23 for fried rice? Everything tasted great and I would definitely go back... Homemade pork soup dumplings. Killer...

We were reluctant to try this restaurant because of many negative reviews. But we have yet to find a really good Chinese restaurant in the Naples or Bonita Springs area so we decided to give it a try. We went during off-season so we expected it to be fairly quiet.
The atmosphere was pleasant. It was clean and comfortable. White table cloths are not usually found in Chinese restaurants, so these were a pleasant surprise. The noise level was acceptable, although the restaurant was only about half full.
The food was quite good. We ordered shrimp dumplings, pan fried noodles and mango prawns. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. I look forward to trying other offerings from their menu.
The service was fine. Not great and not awful. Our waiter didn’t seem too happy to be there. But he was efficient. We received our food and drinks in a timely manner.
Overall this is the best Chinese restaurant we’ve been to in the area. There is room for improvement but we will definitely go again.

Food is always good here. A bit of a more upscale Chinese restaurant. Casual atmosphere and full bar service. Been here 5 or 6 times and never been let down.
