Fresh, high quality ingredients makes all the difference and it’s so hard to find in the western world anymore. Your food is exceptional and the ambiance, delightful in every restaurant. I am not exaggerating when I say I can remember the taste and savored moments of every dish I have ever eaten at each one of your restaurants. That scene in the Ratatouille movie where Remy is tasting fireworks as he eats cheese and strawberries haha that was me savoring every bite and making a memory out of every moment.
