My husband and I are Welsh and celebrating part of our 50th wedding anniversary in Naples Fl. This evening we ate at the Outback at 4910 Tamiami Trail N. There was a problem with my meal which resulted in the manager Mark Davis addressing it personally. He was professional, empathetic and friendly . He resolved the problem with little fuss .
