The seasoning on my wife's steak and my burger were different than usual. You already ruined your French fries please don't start messing with the seasoning.

This is a picture of an baked potato that I was given after I send back the rice that was over cooked and soggy. I got the potato to go and didnt realize the condition of the potato until the following day after I took it out of the foil wrapping to break in two to warm up in the microwave. We were the last customers in the restaurant because it close to closing, but I still dnt feel like that should be an excuse. I called management and he said “Im sorry about your potato….then we both sat in silence for about 15 seconds. Then he said “ We can replace it” I advised him that I didn’t not want another back potato I was just letting him about the quality of the food that the kitchen was sending out before I leave my google review. He then proceeds to say “ I can send you out a $10 certificate and it can be used at any location towards your next meal. I thanked him and gave him my information, but I highly doubt that I will be going back to Outback Steakhouse.

This is the cleanest & best Outback we have visited. Brian Hammond runs the restaurant & does an amazing job. Our favorite beverage here for date night is a smoked cinnamon pecan old fashioned for him & lavender lemonade for me. We like to special order our 20oz ribeye medium rare & smoked. Fantastic!

You can’t call yourself a steakhouse and not know how to properly cook steak. This was not the first or second time I asked for a medium steak not well done.

Once again, Outback has failed me on delivering a grilled steak. At this point, I’m convinced that at least for this location they don’t grill their steaks at all. I’ve ordered several cuts over multiple visits including the bone-in ribeye and every time it looks like it was pan-cooked or straight-up boiled.

This time I ordered another bone-in ribeye with no seasoning (because they usually drown it), and since it was a pickup order, I got to see it clearly: no grill marks, no char, no smoky flavor nothing that resembles an actual grilled steak. Temperature was fine at medium, meat was tender, but that’s about the only thing they got right.

The sides? Fresh and delicious. Salad? Also fresh. But fresh side dishes don’t save a sad, boiled-looking steak.

Looks like I’ll be driving to LongHorn from now on. It’s a longer trip for me, but at least they know how to cook a proper steak.

And yes, I’m not coming back.

The service was excellent! Our waitress was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Most of the food was below average. In one of the meals , the chef used sour milk, so it was sent back. I ordered a Cherry Limeade vodka cocktail and it tasted like they added smoke flavoring, bleh 🤮 We each had an issue with some part of our meal- except the steak and potato, so order that with a side of water or beer and you should be good Also, the wait staff is excellent, they can’t help it if the chefs aren’t checking the quality of the food.

First time at this location. Clean place with a nice, quiet atmosphere.

Our waitress Stacy was very good, friendly and efficient. Food quality was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly to order.
It is worth mentioning that the meat quality was very good (the meat situation makes getting a decent cut of meat like a lottery these days!)

The only let down was that the Prime Rib (Friday- Sunday) was not ready yet (we were there at noon) which happens, you don’t want your Prime Rib to be hurriedly cooked after all.
