Food is consistent at Chang's. We typically order the same things. Some are very good. Others are good. But rarely, if ever, bad. Service, although generally good, was spotty this time.
Food was absolutely awful. It seemed like it was Frozen chicken nuggets that were sauced (really cheap ones) fried rice tasted like nothing- we had not been for years and remember just loving it way back when- Restaurant was pretty empty so I guess people know the quality of the food has completely disappeared. Waitress was nice.
We love PF Changs for the delicious food, excellent service and it is one of very few restaurants who are 100% tree nut free!! It means a lot to have a safe place for my family to eat out. Thank you!
We usually like it at PF Changs in Naples and go often but today 3.30.25 not quite as much. Very short staffed and our 2 sides of fried rice tasted off-like the oil was burned. We didn't eat the rice at all and they removed only one from the bill and made me still pay for one. I thought that was quite unfair and makes me think twice about going back. I will say the honey shrimp and Kung pao chicken were both good but the bad rice just left me a bit disappointed.

We recently ordered from this location, and other than our egg rolls, the order was completely wrong. 4 dinners ordered, and not on if the received meals was correct. Not forgetting a substitution, but completely incorrect item.

The food is good, but the takeout section is abysmal. I deliver with doordash, and the food has never been ready within 15 minutes of the pickup time. Even for personal use, it seems like they don't start the order until you check in at the restaurant. There's never a designated person working the takeout section, so the 10+ people waiting have to repeat the orders to multiple employees. Unless time is not a factor, I'd order elsewhere.

We spent $105 dollars on dinner and received the wrong food upon pickup but didn't note the error until arrived at home to unpack our bag. The restaurant is about 25 minutes away and it's peak dinner time and heavy traffic so going back is not going to happen. We received the six egg rolls we ordered and our sweet and sour chicken (with the wrong side - white rice instead of the lo mien noodles for an upcharge), but recieved broccoli chicken and fried rice with a pathetic amount of beef, chicken and shrimp. Our orders of the orange chicken bowl with lo mien (for another upcharge) and spicy chicken with white rice weren't given to us. Had second thoughts about ordering from a chain restaurant and should have followed through on those second thoughts. Avoid this restaurant for takeout or be sure to closely scrutinize what they give you upon pickup.

The waiter , a young man Cameron, was exceptional . One of the best in the industry that I have seen in Naples. Unfortunately, with so much completion , the quality of the food was average . Over the years , Americans have got away from MSG containing foodstuff that irritates many . Also lots of competition from Cheddars and restaurants in the Mercato . Still will return
One of the most overrated restaurants in Naples. Service/waitress great but that's about it. Place looks like last time refurbished in the 70ies. Food overpriced and just terrible. Not the greatest chinese food fan but this was the worst I ever had. I think you can't mess up the hot and sour soup. They can.

Food is great. However the last two times we had PG Chang’s delivered they forgot one of the dishes. Last night they forgot an order of pork dumplings. That’s $14 down the drain.

We always eat at P.F. Chang when we visit Naples. The food is great as is the service. There is a huge menu with a ton of variety.
My first and last time at this restaurant. I was in town for a business trip and this was the worst p.f Chang's I've ever been in, it seemed very dreary in there not upbeat at all!!

We decided to eat at PF Chang server Aldo was great but there was a problem with the kitchen our food took hours to be served. Aldo complained several times to the manager Meghan about the problem but she didn’t have the urgency of the situation instead she step back watching the floor causing several tables to be very upset about the situation. She never apologized until our neighbors table approached her for some answers her response was absolutely unprofessional causing a bigger problem instead of solving it .Totally unacceptable her behavior and the carelessness of the situation it looks that there’s a mafia controlling the service to help only them .Meghan doesn’t have to power to control the Restaurant.i We really deserved as customers a New Management.

We have been to this location twice in the last month. Unfortunately, we've had the same waiter each time. John has the memory of a sieve. On both occasions I ordered white rice and my wife brown. He brought out all white both visits. Every other server boxes your leftovers to go. John merely gives you the empty boxes. Lastly, I asked him to add my loyalty number. Of course he did not.
