After a long day, I called and ordered three pizzas, the girl on the phone actually repeated it back to me. Said it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived in 45 minutes. Only to find out. They only made two pizza’s . I had to wait another 25 minutes for a plain pie. Having a pizza business back in New Jersey for 60 years, I would have given that person the plain pie with no charge to keep the customer happy or took a plain pie that was ready for a later pick up and give it to them and start a new one. Why have the customer wait any longer than they have to. This is not the first time this happen to me. Two years ago I had the same problem and said I would never go back but we had a company and I needed something right away and thought I’d give him another try but now I know I won’t.! Sorry I would not recommend because in my business you wanna make the customer happy!

The absolute best airy light crisp pizza dough! I almost didn't want to leave a review to not broadcast to everyone just how phenomenal this pizza shop is! Of course the owners are from Northern NJ, that's why the pizza is so darn delicious here! Highly recommend their pizzas without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!

Sadly to say this used to be our favorite pizza. We ordered ahead of time, Canadian bacon and pineapple (Hawaiian) when it came it was crumbled bacon, I asked our waitress dont you have Canadian bacon anymore? She said “I’ve only been here 2 months “ and walked away. when she walked by again I said I KNOW we have had Hawaiian pizza here before, she shrugged her shoulders. Went to counter and told check out young man what happened and he replied “I’m sorry, $35.98”. I said for the wrong pizza? Again he said I’m sorry. I asked if he would even relay the mesage to the manager, he said yes.

My go to pizza place for years. Soooo disappointed in the food. The salad was old and brown, certainly not fresh. That chemical flavor from bagged lettuce. The pizza had Cheap Cheese, Crust inedible. The sauce on ravioli was loaded with sugar. What happened 😞

We have been eating here for years. Started at pine ridge and love it so much we drive a looonngg way to come here. The past few times we have been in the same the employee sits down to eat near us and blasts his cell phone. The manger has been there the past couple times and did nothing. This ruins the whole experience. The restaurant plays great music and literally can’t hear it for this guys cell phone videos. He’s the cook. We love the food but won’t be back if this doesn’t stop. Many employees use headphones, I witnessed this today. I felt it was very polite and considerate of customers. Not this guy. So obnoxious. We usually go on weekends so beware if you want a peaceful meal.

Ordered 16” 1/2 Meatball & 1/2 Plain. Extra Marinara on the side. I received extra Marinara on pizza and half a cold meatball on the side. I have to ask, what can I do with the 1/2 cold sliced meatball?
Found this little Italian pizzeria when visiting Naples from Baltimore. My boyfriend and I were blown away by the exceptional service, atmosphere & delicious food. Not to mention it's very reasonably priced. We weren't sure what to expect but the cheesesteak, pizza, garlic knots & crinkle fries were superb. The workers were so attentive and some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Food wise everything was good. I was a disappointed that they charge you 3% to use your credit card or debit card. I was a commercial banker and I know because I used to sell these programs and debit cards are held at usually 1% and credit cards probably around two unless it's American Express which they are a total rip-off meaning American Express what they charge. They conveniently call it a convenience charge but.
