My go to pizza place for years. Soooo disappointed in the food. The salad was old and brown, certainly not fresh. That chemical flavor from bagged lettuce. The pizza had Cheap Cheese, Crust inedible. The sauce on ravioli was loaded with sugar. What happened đ

We have been eating here for years. Started at pine ridge and love it so much we drive a looonngg way to come here. The past few times we have been in the same the employee sits down to eat near us and blasts his cell phone. The manger has been there the past couple times and did nothing. This ruins the whole experience. The restaurant plays great music and literally canât hear it for this guys cell phone videos. Heâs the cook. We love the food but wonât be back if this doesnât stop. Many employees use headphones, I witnessed this today. I felt it was very polite and considerate of customers. Not this guy. So obnoxious. We usually go on weekends so beware if you want a peaceful meal.

Ordered 16â 1/2 Meatball & 1/2 Plain. Extra Marinara on the side. I received extra Marinara on pizza and half a cold meatball on the side. I have to ask, what can I do with the 1/2 cold sliced meatball?

Found this little Italian pizzeria when visiting Naples from Baltimore. My boyfriend and I were blown away by the exceptional service, atmosphere & delicious food. Not to mention it's very reasonably priced. We weren't sure what to expect but the cheesesteak, pizza, garlic knots & crinkle fries were superb. The workers were so attentive and some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Naples.
Best pizza in florida... period!
Best pizza around. Always great food and good prices. The lunch special is incredible. My favorite spot to get pizza.
Great pizza and atmosphere. Excellent cannolis, made fresh daily, they snap when you bite into them!
Food wise everything was good. I was a disappointed that they charge you 3% to use your credit card or debit card. I was a commercial banker and I know because I used to sell these programs and debit cards are held at usually 1% and credit cards probably around two unless it's American Express which they are a total rip-off meaning American Express what they charge. They conveniently call it a convenience charge but.
Wow canned mushrooms on our pizza! Have not seen that in 20 years.
I had to chase down the waiter for food order, check etc. much better pizza places all over Naples.

My family always gets Palumbos when they are in town, and itâs always an hour to pickup your pizza. 3% surcharge on credit and debit payments and the pizza is nearly twice as expensive than anywhere in town.
As a first time customer, I was a little apprehensive in ordering a take out pizza online from Palumbo's. On arriving there, it was like a beehive of activity. They were CRAZY BUSY. People filled the tables eating delicious looking food and some waiting for their takeout orders. The salads looked really fresh and the pizza looked and smelled heavenly! My pizza was not ready when I arrived so I sat at the bar to watch the goings on. There were professional pizza makers churning out amazing looking pizzas with fresh toppings. They looked good enough to eat uncooked! I spoke with the owner who was hustling around making sure everyone was taken care of and things were running smoothly. Our pizza, a large supreme, was in one word; AMAZING! Warm and delicious with loads of fresh toppings and all at a fair price! Needless to say, Palumbo's is our new "go to" pizza restaurant! Do yourself a favour!
My wife pre-ordered a small pepperoni pizza and we got to the restaurant and still waited for 45 minutes for a small pepperoni pizza and she had to leave so she didnât have her lunch 45 freaking minutes we waited ridiculous and they werenât busy she ordered on Friday 15th of November at 11:13 and when you get the pizza till almost noon but she had to leave for an appointment Siri dissatisfied

Not a good experience at all. Served us burnt pizza, the crust was burnt black, the basil was black, didn't deduct my "rewards coupon" for our starter salad either. Sure, a coal fired pizza will have some "leopard" spots, but not completely burnt crust with the bottom crust so done I could barely cut it. When we told the manager, he said he'd take care of it, my bill was still $27 for a 16" margherita pizza, a diet pepsi and a "free" starter salad.
