Well I decided to try Panda Express for the first time. Overall, eh, the food was..ok certainly nothing special ( not a lot of flavor from either entree) and a little dry and it was fresh?! I had to wait for the item I wanted because they were out. The portions were kind of small especially for a 17 dollar lunch, not much at all. I had to go to Popeyes and get some fries to fill up so pretty disappointed, got a lot of rice though...a lot..it's cheap I guess. I had a double plate, firecracker shrimp(what was out) and pepper beef. Thankfully when I asked they had some soy sauce so at least it had some flavor. Oh well, I gave them a shot

I ordered my food 1 hour in advance and they had none of it cooked. Said I had to wait a few minutes & the same thing was happening with the other ppl who were picking up. Never again. They also don’t do refunds. & they’ll steal your money too I ordered 6 crab rangoons and only got 3 cuz they ran out and didn’t refund me for the rest.

Drove a long way to use a giftcard I got for my b-day. Lady says theres no internet so I couldn't use the giftcard. That was my main method of paying for the meal. Guy behind me said, "What if that was her only means of paying?" Popped in my other card and when the machine went ping the lady said, "Oh- she has money". Pissed me off. Its the food that makes panda express awesome, not the people. But, the great employees make it 110%

lousy service they treated me very badly even though I work in the mall and I am a store manager of a store, there was no manager in charge, only employees who did what they wanted, I do not recommend it at all, it is my opinion and it is based on how they treated me today 05/07/2023

Phew..what can I say that’s positive, perhaps the food box looked cool?Apart from that, food was grim. Half of my box of orange chicken had no sauce and was just gristle, deep fried. The other half was ok but just tasted of oil. Great.Rude service, like real rude. I don’t mind being ignored but being waved to move away wasn’t great.Thanks for a shocking experience :) stay away.

It's Panda Express so you know what to expect. It's sandwiched in between two other Asian food places (and they offer free samples) and we have gone to all three. Preference is probably Mango Thai. Food's good there.
