Pick up lady was insanely rude, I was waiting for my pick up order for 15 minutes without saying a word to not be annoying. I went to ask her if she had a pick up for me in case I ordered at the wrong place. She rudely said āyou have to give me a minuteā and walked away.

Annette at the counter is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at Panera! She refused to give me a cup that I paid for while standing there doing nothing! I went to the pick up counter to again try to get a cup! I wait another 5 minutes to get a cup! IF you really worried about lost prevention in lieu of customer service Iāll understand why Panera goes out of business one day! I have been coming in here for years!The manager is great. Policies and people like her are shameful!

In the drive thru, the workers are constantly on their phones, talking, and not paying attention to anything. Every single time I come here Iām sitting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food.

My wife and I ordered online, a breakfast sandwich and a drink each. The ciabatta egg and cheese sandwich was simple but good. The coffee was hot, no complaints. The green smoothie was OK, a little sweet to her liking, but that's her preference. The souffle was good in her opinion as well. Would recommend the sandwich and souffle again!
