We were told at 8:24 p.m. we had to order To Go when they are open until 9 p.m.

I am a member of the Sip Club and come in about 5 times a week early morning to get a large iced coffee at the Tarpon Bay location near Target.
Most times the coffee isn’t ready when they open at 6:00 am and end up waiting 10-15 minutes. You have to tell them there’s no iced coffee and then you have to wait while they make it because they forgot.
The manager is rude and very unorganized. Not a great example of customer service for her staff.
I really like the coffee here and hope they can improve their service!!

I am very enjoyed this Panera location, I used to go there after my shopping with my daughter. She loves eating together a bowl salad and the taste of the sandwiches in this location. I went to Panera Bread located on Airport Pulling, and we were very very disappointed there. But this location is quiet and very good environment and good customer service

Was open on the Easter morning when everything else was closed. Helped me wake up and made my day

45 min wait time for a rapid order, need to do better with staffing when there are major events going on in the area. Terrible service and extremely understaffed

Not huge on Panera, tad over priced, but their breakfast sandwiches are very good. I like this location by Immokalee Rd and i75. Smaller than other Paneras. Quiet atmosphere. Food came out relatively quickly. The Asiago breakfast sandwich i had was fresh and tasty. Wife enjoyed her breakfast croissant as well.

Don’t go to this location!
I ordered the whole chicken avocado melt and it was nothing but bread! I opened it up and it had a small amount of smashed up avocado and a few bits of shredded chicken. I’m talking like two tablespoons of chicken spread on the entire sandwich! Total rip-off at almost $12 for nothing.

Bagels, soups, sandwiches, flatbreads, and beverages served in a nice setting. Somewhat like an upgraded cafeteria setting where you place your own order first at the counter and then take the food to the table afterwards. Food is fresh and good quality.

This is my third time coming to this restaurant to pick up an order, and every time it's the same issue. I arrive, but no one knows about the order, and the staff just look at each other. If you have nothing else to do, you can wait 10-15 minutes. This recurring problem is a major failure in customer satisfaction!
