Worst meal ever for my family of 4. Chicken Cobb had next to no chicken with lots of wilted onions. Creamed chicken soup taste like it's set out a long time in a can. This food is bad. What a waste of your money. Maybe smoothies and bread is would be okay to order at Panera's.

Great Southwest salad, our cashier was fantastic! She was extremely personable and was an expert on their menu. Restaurant was very clean and the food came up quick.

I love Panera bread and bagels, but their chicken salad sandwich was very scanty. Mostly bread, lettuce, and tomato. I got sick 6 hours later; it may not be related, but it was violent.

Avoid this location. No one is ever at the front as a cashier You wait for ever and they always get your order wrong. Not to mention just a salad is $18.00. And most of the time is not fresh. Horrible. ?

A great way to start our day. From the cashier:manager maybe? To those working behind the bar-kind, helpful, patient, efficient, and more. This will be one of our new stops. We had been looking to replace a breakfast/lunch spotOf ours. Thank you for making it easy.

Sad to share this review, I can't give lower than 1-star, or I would. I went yesterday to this location, it was dirty, tables not bused or cleaned no patrons and a sadness that bad restaurants take on when they aren't special anymore.(2) orders of Pick 2 both with Soup and 1/2 sandwich. Mine was supposed to be turkey chili soup with BLT Roasted Turkey Avocado sandwich. Picture below is what I got. So horrible I returned it. Didn't ask for a replacement or refund. The soup was chili, but not turkey chili, the sandwich was served with the avocado 1/4 whole, not sliced, the bacon was almost nonexistent, and the turkey was a 1/2 slice ripped apart from the whole, definitely not cut. All this with regular drinks was over $37 before a discount coupon was presented. I literally slopped better food to hogs back home on the family farm in Indiana.A nice young man came out and apologized, offered to replace my food, I declined, I never return food and expect replacement to be better or served without a grudge. He offered no refund (and I didn't ask for one). I will not be going to Panera again; this chain should hold better standards. I told him I would post this review and mention he was polite.I understand inflation, this complaint was not about the cost of the food, but what I could have dined on for that amount of money would have been better options. Sometimes you want something light and fast (mine was light - as I left without eating), sadly, I won't be able to go here again.It just makes me so sad when this is what passes as a dining-in option today. Quality and pride didn't show in the cleanliness and definitely not in the food served. Sad people, making sad food = sad review. Sorry!

Environment needs to be renovated and spruce up. Bathrooms are dirty. Food is not the quality of the past years. Sandwich was all bread.

We had a great lunch! Salads were extremely fresh and crisp!

starting today the price increased over 15%, less bread and meat in my sandwich, I don't understand what happened...

Ordered to be delivered to my classroom. Never was delivered. I was told I would be refunded. When I called back to confirm refund I was told I need to wait a few days for a refund. No lunch and hopefully I get my money back.
