Just lazy. Asked for my coffee blended which all Panera’s I have been to do for me. I actually found out about doing it because a staff at another Panera suggested it when I said I missed the frozen caramel. Asked at this one and they said no sorry we make smoothies in that blender. Well I assumed you washed out the blender between making drinks so why would it matter unless of course you aren’t cleaning them out between making fruit smoothies which is disgusting. They had zero cars in the drive thru and one car in the lot. Just let me leave spending no money. The staff clearly doesn’t care if the business makes money they just don’t want to do extra work.

Literal RAT POO on the back of the booth bench. I told the manager and she didn’t seem to bat an eyelid. I am so disgusted. This is the worst Panera bread in Naples. Don’t not go here!
I wasn’t going to write a review but after paying $40 for a disgusting lunch, rotten fruit and seeing rat poop i had to say something.

Catering order was cancelled 1.5 hours before expected delivery. Both the store and customer service would not answer the phone. No explanation given.

Ordered Chicken Noodle soup with an Asian Chicken Salad. The soup tasted like it came from a can with and added rank aftertaste. The salad was made mostly with iceberg lettuce, a few almonds, and crisp garnish. The dressing made it edible. Was never impressed with their servings previously (years ago) and was reconfirmed today. Their pastries and breads are the better choice. There really is no "service," as you pick up your order from a counter and take your used dishes and trash to another counter when finished. Will not return for a meal.

Good food, but always the wait is usually 10+ minutes to get my food through the drive through. I don't think the staff pays much attention.

Panera Bread has always been a convenient spot for a quick bite, but my recent visit was nothing short of frustrating. From the moment I stepped in, the service was disorganized and inefficient. Instead of ordering at the counter, customers were directed to use their self-service iPads, which were glitching and barely responsive. It took several attempts to get my order through, and even then, I wasn’t sure if it had registered correctly.

After waiting longer than expected for my food, I grabbed my order and left, only to realize that multiple items were missing. I had to go back inside, wait in another line, and explain the issue to an employee who seemed indifferent. No apology, no urgency—just a sluggish effort to fix their mistake.

For a place that prides itself on fresh and fast food, the experience was anything but. Between the malfunctioning technology, inattentive staff, and careless order preparation, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I won’t be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a smooth, hassle-free meal, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

There is next to no exterior lighting at night at this location. There are a ton of lights that have been burnt out for months and months…probably longer. Several of the overhead parking lot lights are non functional. I don’t feel safe at this location. It feels like a big accident waiting to happen.

We were greeted by an unfriendly individual who clearly was tired of explaining how the 2 for 2 Menu item works. We had to clean our table as no clean tables were available even though the restaurant was not busy. The new au jus sandwich dip was, surprise- the French onion soup in a pathetic disguise, served without the bread and cheese topping. The portion was ridiculously small. Wondering when they will actually figure out what quality means and turn this chain around.

This place needs a little bit of work. When we walked in, the kid at the counter was leaning against the wall looking bored.. There was no hot
water for tea. They made my sandwich wrong. The restaurant was extremely slow when this happened. Most Panera breads are better than this.

Stopped at this location today on the way down to Marco. We ordered 2 Fontega Chicken sandwiches. What happened to the chicken? There were tiny chicken pieces sprinkled on the sandwiches. What!? For that kind of money there should be an actual piece of chicken. There use to be!! Not to mention the half of tomato and barely there lettuce. This is the result of either poor management or greedy corporate telling them to cut down on the ingredients. If it’s management, then corporate needs to step in. If it’s corporate, then we all need to stop throwing our hard earned money at Panara and not getting what we’re paying for. My mistake was not taking a picture of it beforehand.

The last two times that I’ve been to this location, I have asked for the exact same thing a Mediterranean veggie sandwich without peppers. And both times they had put it on the first time I decided to go back and they made my food correctly. This time I checked my sandwich, looked like there was none on there, Realized it was tucked in between everything. Just wish that this location would pay attention a little bit more when preparing the food that’s all.

What the hell did you do to the cinnamon rolls. Taste like crap. They used to be the best. Why,why, why. Cut cost and cheapen the product. Shame on you. What's next.
