Let's say we're okay with paying $4 a drink. Light roast stops at 2pm and no more fresh tea drinks after 7pm too? So we're paying double amount for 20oz of soda than just buying a 2 liter bottle. If top shelf items are removed then pricing should be reduced as well.

Not impressed. We ordered two soups and split a sandwich. For starters when I went to the window to see about our order because it was taking a while, they had been buzzing the wrong call buzzer. So our meal was not hot. When I cut the sandwich in half the bread was hard like week old tough bread. Then half the sandwich had no meat. The soup tasted good but a little cold. Not worth $30 that's for sure.

i got a salad and it had soggy/slimy spinach so i won’t be surprised if i got listeria or something and it came with like a tablespoon of dressing and when i asked for more they gave me such a tiny amount. it was $18 for a disappointing salad that’ll probably get me sick and a lemonade 0/10

Overpriced! Seems like I’m being ripped off when I go there. The food is better than most other fast food restaurants but I was charged regular restaurant prices. I will only go back if I’m out of other options.

On Friday December 15, 2023 at 1:00 we stopped for a sandwich at Panera Bread, it was not busy. I ordered a tuna sandwich and looked at the pickle served with the sandwich and couldn't believe my eyes. The pickle wedge looked like it was stepped on, walked on , thrown in the garbage, retrieved and then placed on my plate. My wife's was the same. I took the plate to the kitchen and asked the cook if she wouldI eat something like this. Maybe if anyone in the kitchen could speak English they could have answered my question . It was disgusting. Also, please remove my name from your records because I will not be eating there again. Oh, by the way the plate the sandwich came on was also dirty. Thank you W. Oboyle 2392359644.

I order the same sandwiches time after time and they’re never the same, there’s always something missing, or the avocado in it, is old and turned black or not enough meat, also I’ve ordered salads, and they forget to put the meat in the salad and the greens were limp not fresh at all, they seem to miss a lot of steps, and it happens so much that by the the time I get home with my order, I’m so dissatisfied that I don’t eat it, or even go back to complain anymore. I’m always hoping they’ve gotten it right. Now I dread going to that location.
