Went late at night before close almost and ordered a pizza and breadsticks and michael was polite gave me a 15 minute estimate and I kid you not exactly 15 minutes later got my order and buddy was smooth with it. Passed the vibe check for sure and was professional at the same time. Do what you will with this info but if michael making your food you're good

The Papa John's franchise we visited was a typical takeout-focused location. We ordered a pizza and the Papa John's Bites, both of which were quite decent. This is strictly an order-and-pickup style store, with no seating available. The store is situated in a strip center, making it a convenient option for a quick meal. Overall, it's a good choice when you need a fast, no-frills pizza fix.
Terrible... they don't want to work, there are not enough people to take orders.

Ordered pizza with lite cheese and extra sauce for takeout. Got home and pizza was saturated with cheese and there was little sauce. The pizza was also very greasy. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time when ordering pizza. Will not return.

Well, well, well ..look at ALL the 1⭐ reviews of this particular location over the course of weeks and months. Obviously this Papa John's has a real problem of getting it right and customer NO service. This location, manager and district managers should resign and be fired for their numerous fumbles. I don't think I have ever came across soo many 1 star reviews consistently over a long period which states that this location truly just doesn't care.
Ordered through GrubHub and received the wrong pizza. Called the store and they said that I ordered through GrubHub so it is their responsibility. Clearly GrubHub doesn't label the pizzas. Papa John's does. Epic failure. Do us all a favor and just cease to exist. You got one job and you can't even do it correctly.
