We ordered breadsticks and wings. Both were received burnt. On top of that, the wings were not cooked in the sauce, the sauce was dumped on the hours old, burnt wings, cold. When we got home, we realized and called the store immediately. We spoke to the manager Josh who was incredibly rude. We asked for a new, unburnt order and he said no, that the ovens were automated and that’s just how the food came out everytime and there was nothing he could do. So according to him, all food that comes out of that store is burnt and that’s fine with him. I found that hard to believe until I looked at the reviews for this store and saw that almost all of the reviews were one star and other furious customers. I have never been treated so incredibly unprofessional by any business ever. He was so rude, dismissed our concerns and our order that was ruined and offered no solution. So we spent $35 on food that had to go directly in the garbage. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would. This makes Papa John’s franchise look terrible! How is this acceptable to the franchise?

My number 1 papa john’s in naples, I always order over the phone and pickup in store. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name for the life of me, but the guy with the doodle bob tattoo is the absolute best. The pizza is always hot and fresh with only the best service. Sometimes i don’t even really want pizza that much but I’ll go get it anyways just to stop by and say hi because of how awesome that guy is.

As a long time lover of Papa Johns, I would choose this business as my go to for fast delivery pizza. I’ve always turned to them vs others for the majority of my life. This store has completely and totally ruined that. They have a female manager in charge who is completely and utterly rude. As a past food and beverage employee I can understand a bad day or a mistake but the last not one, not two, but three times we have ordered from this location it has been wrong. When you call to rectify the situation, willing to pay mind you, this angry female employee answers the phone and does absolutely nothing to help other than to tell you how wrong you are and instead of making it right, gets defensive. Listen, i understand mistakes are made but if you hate your job that much then find a different line of work. No one is forcing you to be there. Needless to say my buisness will go literally anywhere else and I will NEVER order papa jobns again. Not better ingredients better pizza more like lack of care and terrible attitude.

I’ll never order from here again. I ordered a pizza for my team at work and paid online. I then had a driver call from store saying that it showed it wasn’t paid for. I sent a screen shot showing payment was made both from my account and on their website. The manager then got on the phone and said I don’t care what it says I’m not seeing payment on my end before proceeding to tell me my order is being cancelled and take it up with my bank! I’ll never order from any papa John’s again. Now break is over and what was supposed to be a treat for my team ended up as a complete disappointment

Placed a delivery order for one large pizza. Total cost was almost 40 dollars. Was not made aware that they were using DoorDash as a 2nd party delivery service. Delivery was late because driver was not given the hotel room number. Somewhat my fault for not questioning the cost, but they still should have made me aware that they were outsourcing the delivery. Would not order from here again. Lesson learned.

I came to the store last night to get my childrenfood and after what I seen I will not be returning, there were 2 giant rats hanging out one outside the back door and one inside the building. Disgusting, pretty sure that's a health hazard.... also for some reason when I entered I smelled Marijuana strong like I was getting hot boxed...... were they cooking marijuana in the oven? I ignored it and waited to be greeted and then I seen the rat run across the floor in the back area and my gut told me to leave immediately... someone should address these issues I didn't feel like this place was safe for my kids to eat.... giving papa John's a bad reputation. FYI I never got greeted or seen a employee.

I work for DoorDash and today an employee treated me with vulgar words and attacked me, she shaved a pencil with which I was going to sign for the delivery, she hurt my hand and treated me
Ordered a pizza online on their app, tipped 20% like normal before the pizza even got delivered. Huge mistake. Quoted me a 45 minute delivery time, I was okay with even up to an hour. 2 hours later and I still haven’t received my pizza and there is no way to change my tip amount. Pretty miserable experience.
