Terrible service from the store manager and another employee. I used to shop there often, but I'll stop because they treated me rudely, and all because I didn't want to take a picture of my order when they had never asked me for it before. They should change the staff.

Pizza didn’t have any sauce!!! They called the cops on my husband all because he asked for extra sauce. My husband even offered to pay for extra sauce but they were rude and called the cops. Don’t go to this location if you love Papa John’s pizza. Papa John’s should close franchise stores like this! It just ruins their reputation.

I’ve lived in Florida for 20yrs now.Ordered the wrong crust of first pizza.Ok.Called the store and got the right crust ordered on second pizza.Pizza was cold and the worst pizza I’ve had in Naples in those 20 years and we live 10 minutes away.Joke pizza to where the crust fell off the pizza.Garbage pizza!Throw your money out the window before giving these people your money!

It's the worst customer services I had in my whole life. I was physically assaulted by the employees there. There was an African American woman who berated me for doing my job. Also a man was a part of the altercation. Don't go there, especially if you are an immigrant woman.

Renee was absolutely disrespectful and hung up on me multiple times while trying to place an order over the phone. I called back and asked for a manager she refused with attitude, I was a gm for 8 years this is the type of attitude that runs customers away.

I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website with a friend to order pizza several different times at around 9pm and was hung up 3 times and put on hold 4. When I went to call on a different phone to speak with a manager and report this, the person who answered declared they were a "manager" and promptly began arguing with me about what happened. When I told them it hung up on us after they claimed we were put on hold she continued arguing with us so i then asked for the number of corporate. She said "goodbye" in an aggressive tone she maintained the entire conversation and hung up. Absolutely horrible experience and I mean I've worked at McDonalds before so I understand customer service and what prank calls sound like and no "manager" should act like this around customers.
