People are very rude over the phone i am trying to order a pizza employee is smacking her lips out of annoyance like the whole point is trying to get a pizza and when i said i could pick up or if they could just deliver the pizza to my car because i couldnt do delivery they denied me and turned that option down essentially turning down my buisness

terrible service, the employees treated me bad because they said it was closed when it was a friday night, they were supposed to close at 1:00am and google maps and the front of the store said ot was closed at 1:00am, I felt offended

While staying at Great Wolf Lodge I was a little hesitant about ordering here given some of the recent reviews, however, my experience was great! We ordered 4 carry out specials and our pizzas were perfectly cooked and exactly how we ordered them and DELICIOUS. We're the weird ones that order pizzas with no cheese, so when one of our 4 pizzas that we ordered was a cheese pizza with no cheese, the staff called to make sure we hadn't made a mistake. Hope this helps someone 😁

They delivered my pizza wrong, refused a refund over the phone, and even though my only mode of transportation is a motorcycle, made me bring it back where the only form of compensation they offered was to make me a new one and have me bring it back, this place used to be great what happened?

I rate this place a 0. Ordered pizza for a 6 year old birthday party at the Great Wolf Lodge. In the special delivery instructions, requested that pizza be delivered to the room. Pizza was not delivered to the room, so called to find out why, when told by very rude and unprofessional manager by the name of Renae, that driver already attempted delivery and would not be refunding the money and would have driver redeliver but can't help if the pizza would be cold. Who does this? This is unacceptable and she needs to be fired!! I will be calling the owner in the morning as well as the franchise owner. She is making Papa John's look horrible. Definitely needs to look for another job where she is not dealing with food or the public!!!

Terrible pizza. Dry breadsticks. The people taking orders cannot speak English well and mess up orders. Marinara sauce was cold. Terrible.

Pizza didn’t have any sauce!!! They called the cops on my husband all because he asked for extra sauce. My husband even offered to pay for extra sauce but they were rude and called the cops. Don’t go to this location if you love Papa John’s pizza. Papa John’s should close franchise stores like this! It just ruins their reputation.
