It seems to me a lack of respect that we have people in this country and in that prestigious company such inspectable staff that they are not capable of dealing with any client without having to mistreat them and give them a bad time. I think they should close the place or change To all the staff it is outrageous to deal with people like that debate to do something about it

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One came with someone’s nice long hair stuck in the cheese. I mean looonng hair. Called them to return the original pizza and get one without the hair, they started saying we don’t have long hair and the one person with long hair has a braid. When I tried to talk after listening to them they started cutting me off using my name and not letting me talk.Dietary restrictions: I get sick if someone tries to make me eat their hair. It’s not good for my diet.

the person on call was a very rude person because i needed a moment to get the details to the order. i had to call twice when they answered they already had an attitude and tried to force me to pay card when i was asking to pay cash. saying i am telling u that your paying card. when i was nothing but nice and respectful.

Hey if you want the delivery driver to come in and eat your pizza with you at the table, order from this place!! I ordered contacted delivery and the driver arrived walked around my house and property for god knows what reason and then demands that I sign a receipt for my pizzas. Does not bring a pen with him for me to sign so as I take the receipt, he tries to enter my home and come in with me for a pen. Then after calling the store to talk to a manager, I don't want a refund or anything like that but at least the offer for it would be nice, the guy just says I'm sorry I'll talk to him. For a over $50 bill this was extremely infuriating, all the manager offers was, "It won't happen again". Don't send a 2-day old delivery driver out by himself.

I called them explaining my pizza was burnt and Victor said I should have had the kids wait another 45 mins to have them bring another one out. Yea ok next we'll avoid you guys completely!

Telling me I need to take a picture on my phone in order for me to receive my door dash deliver. Then the manager refuses to give me my food, because I'm confused on why I need to take picture of the door dash , in order to pick it up.

Very disappointed with the customer service. My wife and I regularly order pizza from this location. Today, one our pizzas was a regular crust pizza instead of the stuffed crust that we paid for. My wife called, simply wanting credit for difference of price between the pizzas. A very rude and disrespectful Victor got on the phone telling my wife that he wasn’t going to honor that!?!? We understand that mistakes happen. We just wanted the difference in price to be credited to our pizza account! You would rather lose a longtime loyal customer than give up $5 or $6!
