1/23/20 8ish pm. Good food, over priced smallest bottle of 12$ sake ever & COOK DID NOT CLEAN AS HE WENT. Meaning anyone cooking should know you clean as you go, wipe down surfaces you cook on & place utensils on. The cook kept cooking over his dirty work station in front of him.
Food was served hot and fresh. It was all good too. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was there were so many dirty tables when they weren't busy. Otherwise all good.
A lot of poor reviews, however I had a pleasant experience my second time at Pei Wei. If you’ve never had it, similar to your standard local Chinese restaurant but tastes fresh. In the orange chicken; Crisp, colorful vegetables, good sized pieces of white meat chicken in an orange sauce which isn’t overpowering and just a very mild spice with a good brown rice similar to Pf Chang’s.
