This should be a five star review. Food is outstanding. Service is 99% great. Pains me to post negative remarks. My family loves this place and are loyal customers. Have frequently dined in with my well-behaved service dog. Valentine's day, with open tables, was treated in a very disappointing manner by one waitress. I was so respectful and yet mistreated. Please educate yourself here: ADA . gov - topics - service-animals. I wish my regular server was there to make it the usual wonderful experience! I could post more details but am broken hearted. My dog and I are treated very well everywhere and he is loved. Not 2/14/2026 at Peppi's. Will I return with other establishments that need support? How about off season? I encourage you to try this place, the food is great! However, I am pained to post this but feel it is necessary to protect other Veterans with service dogs. Apologies for the non-trained dogs that make it harder for the rest of us. Looking forward to a response and I'll happily change my review.

Ordered chicken Parmesan with ziti pasta first time coming here. Everybody says the pizza is great, but I did not want that. The chicken was tougher than my calculus class in high school. The pasta was not even as good as the public brand and the sauce was Chef Boyardee honestly this would’ve been a kids meal anywhere else and for almost $30 tossing it out and going somewhere else way too many options I know people will say well you don’t order something like this at a pizza place everything that goes on a restaurant menu should be good or they shouldn’t even have it on there. Period.

Very bad food and even worse people. I took out a Oder for pickup for 34$ and the next morning I was hit for 55$ they felt the need to add a 21$ tip in their behalf as I never ever gave them permission to do so. Also the old lady who did this can’t speak a lick on English. This place is very low end and I guess they need thr extra Pennie and dollars to run this one of one terrible restaurant.

We have been visiting this restaurant for almost 2 decades. The pizza is classic New York style pie. Always cooked perfectly with excellent service. One of our very favorite places in Naples.

There is no better Family run Pizza place in Naples Florida. ! The hot food is a little pricey for a pizzeria but is also very good!
went to get a pie and chix parm, they forgot to make my chix parm, after waiting 20 minutes with my pizza on the top of the oven they started making my chix parm sub made me wait another 15 minutes... no apology just a look and a shrug... chix parm sub was rubber and the pizza was stale af from sitting on oven in box for 45 minutes... everyone saying this place is great is nutso.

Moved from NYC to Iowa years ago. Haven't had good pizza until visiting Pepis in Naples. As Good as what i remember in Brooklyn.
