I especially prefer seafood-flavored Vietnamese spring rolls - Q spring shrimps are wrapped in thin and tough rice paper. When you bite them, they are full of the freshness of the ocean, mixed with the crispness and tenderness of vegetables, refreshing and appeteing. I want to eat enough every time~

We just had the pleasure of dining at Pho 80 and it was truly a delightful culinary experience. We have gone to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants but this one was far the best in taste. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pho. The broth was incredibly flavorful and aromatic, clearly simmered for hours to extract every bit of savory goodness. It had a wonderful depth that made each spoonful a pleasure. We also ordered the gyoza, and they were a testament to the chef's skill. The wrappers had a perfect texture, neither too thick nor too thin, and the filling was incredibly tasty. They were pan-fried to a beautiful golden crispness, making for a truly enjoyable appetizer. We also tried the sandwich. This dish was a symphony of flavors, with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and salty notes that danced on my palate. The bread was wonderfully fresh and crispy, the fillings were generous, and the overall combination was simply delicious, creating a harmonious culinary experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was casual. I highly recommend Pho 80 to anyone seeking an authentic and delicious Vietnamese meal. I'm already looking forward to our next visit to try more of their enticing menu!
