Been a customer of this place for years. Drove 80 miles just to have my soft shell crab sandwich. Apparently they think all their customers are idiots. Soft shell crabs are supposed to be Blue Crabs which is not what I was served. The crab was small and not a Blue Crab. My wife and friends ordered the Hogfish sandwich. Again flavorless and bland. The conch fritters were very small and not worth the price. You lost me as a customer forever. Never going there again. No longer recommend.

Terrible overpriced garbage food in a tourist trap.I was craving crab legs and ordered the $65 King Crab legs. They were pencil thin and contained barely any meat. The French fries were burnt, the hushpuppies were burnt and the Crab & Cheese dip tasted like fishy liquid salt.The waiter was so unenthusiastic, you would think he was attending a funeral. When I complained about the pitiful size of the King Crab legs, the waiter said "would you like a desert gift card for your next visit" and I thought, NEXT VISIT??? I'm never setting foot in this place ever again!I strongly advise you NOT to go to Pinchers unless you are in the mood to pay to sit by a canal, eat awful food and be waited on by people who would rather not be there...
