i ordered the cheese sticks from them . firstly , they didn’t split it , the pizza sauce was soo cold and it was not cooked all the way . cheese was very moldy and gave me a really bad stomach ache after eating two of the strips.a waste of $9

I went in to try to pay all cash. I had two 20s. I wanted to keep one of the bills that she claimed to be FAKE. The bill was from 1934. She obviously doesn't know what 1934 is. The money was good then. It's good now. Luckily I kept it and decided to pay the rest on my cars. Their code reader did not read my chip. Nor strip. Nor tap. I then paid with my partners card. That didnt work. They forced me then to TYPE IN ALLLL MY CARD INFO. something I'm not comfortable doing but I wanted my delicious pizza. So I did it. I put all my personal info in and it still didn't work.
I had a 2 liter on the order.........I told her take that off well cover the rest in cash.
I suggested to hook me up with the bottle for my inconvenience. I was aggravated. Annoyed. I have money.
She had no remorse. Or empathy for the situation. She denied me the soda.
I will never return to golden gate Pizza Hut. Sorry not sorry but I'll be driving to another location.
You over cooked the pizza. I've def had bettery quality pizza hut.

I walked in and ordered a pizza. The staff was friendly and pizza didn't take long. It would have gotten 5 stars but they use artificial bacon (not the employees fault) and it gave the pizza a bad taste. Mngmt should switch to real bacon! I ordered the Meat Lover's large. Like everything else now days the pizza was smaller than it used to be but again management problem.

Employees seem to be upset to have to work not friendly or helpful at all and it showed in the quality of the food they produced I personally will never go there again and also will let my experience there be known to other people on social media this has been my third time there with the same results Very disappointed

The atmosphere inside PizzaHut is inviting. Clean & airy. Employees are very kind. They greet you as our walk in & if you have a problem , they take care of it right away. I couldn't give 5 stars for food because they need to take just a bit more care in how they make & serve the food. Taste great but presentation could be just a little better. Got breadsticks with only half seasoned. Still great place with great food. Highly recommend &

Order 2 medium pizza for pick up and order was ready within 7 minutes. Unfortunately one bite in and we could see pizza was not cooked in the middle. The bottom and top was cooked but definitely not the middle dough. Called the pizza hut and requested if it was possible to bring the pizza back and have it redone. The 2 women there were not happy about that. Cashier was on her phone laughing and chatting. The lady from back came and handed the pizza. We thanked her and left but her attitude was very apparent. Left the first two pizza there. 2nd round of pizza were with top burnt. So I guess there 2 ways they make it. Half uncooked or burnt.
