I call to order the pizza and i waiting for 15 minutes front the Pizza Hut restaurant and 3 people working I don’t answer the phone to bad service when I go in and asked the 3 girls watching the phone why don’t answer the phone 3 of them don’t care I can believe that happened

Grabbing a Supreme Pizza from that Pizza Hut in Naples is like reeling in a big catch off the Gulf coast, satisfying! But, I gotta tell ya, their delivery service can run slower than an old manatee swimming in the mangroves.

Was kind of awkward when I came in to pick up the food I ordered thin crust pizza and mozzarella sticks the lady didn’t say hi to me or anything I just said I had a pickup. I got my food and then I had to go back a couple mins later because they forgot to give marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. When I got my Marinara sauce it was cold straight out of the freezer. Made the quality of eating it less good. Pizza Hut was better when it was a full dine-in place but now it’s not as good quality food/service.

Just picked up the WORSE pizza from this business. I'm never going to order here again. Meat Lovers pizza has a "sprinkle" of sausage. 7 pepperoni slices on the entire pizza. That's MEAT LOVERS ????? We have bought pizza from here before and its been...okay. This rip off today is the end. I could have gotten a better pizza from another company for $10. Cost for this joke today......$16.

Be careful ordering from this place. They didn't have what we ordered and the incompetent employee refused to refund our money even though they didn't have what we wanted. Looks like it's back to any other pizza place, we never return to any pizza hut

I love pizza huts stuffed crust and their pizza is good. They are shy on the toppings though especially for the price. I love that they have Pepsi products.

Called and ordered a “crispy” pepperoni pie, a dozen boneless wings and cheesy ziti. The pie was not cooked all the way, the cheese in the middle was clumpy and bread was still not even slightly brown. The wings came half cooked and the bone in, not boneless. The mangers responds we have 6 or 12 of the wings. We’ll 12 is a dozen, the only thing that was even decent was the ziti. When I called back to inform them that the pizza wasn’t cooked and they sent the wrong wings, I was told that I ordered traditional wings, I guess that she meant that the bones were in them. And that I never asked for a well-done pizza. I’m not sure why she didn’t know what a dozen was or that when ordering crispy it means well done. After arguing with me she said I ordered “traditional” wings, I did not. She went on to say how I need to order my food properly because I didn’t order well done, I ordered crispy. Then tells me crispy doesn’t mean we’ll done, then proceeds to hangup after yelling at me. ? We paid $62 with tip for shi++y food that wasn’t even cooked and 2of3 items we ordered completely under cooked. Stay away from this place if at all possible. Horrible service and staff should be fired!

Cajun wings were awesome. Pizza hut has failed too many times to give a reasonable amount of cheese so I haven't ordered from them for years. I had to since they were the only local place still open during Memorial day and my order was delivered fast and much better than I remember.
