Called on a busy night, they were slammed but the two girls working were doing a unbelievable job!The two of them were making the pizzas, answering the phones/ taking orders, and handling customer pickups! Pizza was good too

Pizza took well over 90 minutes and when I called to check on it they said the driver was out for delivery and had I even considered traffic. I live less than 2 miles from the store so I'm sure “traffic†won't hold anyone up for over an hour. The clerk on the phone was rude and the pizza was cold.

I usually never post reviews for anything but this, This is a must... By far the worst pizza I have ever been served in my entire life. Where is the sauce? The cheese even. I have ordered from this location since the day they have opened and have never had a problem. I rather eat a pizza lunchable than this. Will not be ordering from this location ever again.

This is my second review of a Pizza Hut. Had great wings the first order from this location in Naples. Second go around they couldn't get my Credit Card number correctly after 3 tries and I tried to tell them I would just pay cash but that I only had $50's on me to please bring change since it was only $21. The line went dead. I called back to confirm and was put on hold for customer service from an outside location. After waiting 5 minutes on hold I was informed that my order was placed for cash delivery but they cannot accept bills over $20. They would have to call the store and cancel the order and then I could reorder with them. Insanity!! I cancelled my order and called Dominos who was able to take my Credit Card number correctly and my food is on the way. Pizza Hut has too many problems with their franchise owners not understanding customer service.
