Hands down the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. The outside of the bread was dry. I don't think there was any butter on the outside...maybe a little oil? It was awful.

White bread, one thin slice of off brand cheese, toasted in some big machine, but not buttery or tasty. Even while hot, some of the cheese was all dried out to the bread. No gooey melty factor at all. No thickness to the bread nor the cheese. We ordered 3 different sandwiches and were excited to dig into buttery toasted decadent grilled cheeses of different types. Figured the bread and/or cheese was going to be delicious, right!? How *bad* could a grilled cheese be? I would compare it to putting dry bread in a toaster for 5 seconds then microwaving it with a slice of processed off brand cheese that can’t melt. Fries tasted like the grease from the onion rings.They give you so much free stuff for eating there and even then its not worth it to try a second time (free kid meals and drinks with purchase). The woman making the food worked at the pace of molasses walking back and forth one ingredient at a time. Had we been in a rush this would have been a deal breaker all on its own. The guy behind the counter was playing on his phone the entire time we were waiting which didn’t impact our service at all- he was cordial and attentive to us but obviously bored to tears and fair enough. Food was truly awful and had no redeeming qualities whatsoever. It wasn’t a one off event, you could just tell it was what it was. We each kept trying to make our food work but ended up tossing everything and got chik-fil-a because we were starving. I can’t imagine how bad it would’ve been had we driven it back to work to eat it.I don’t blame them for being zombies because they were dead during lunch rush while everyone else was busy.2 stars only because the guy behind the counter was friendly and seemed to try to pick up slack from other lady and the prices weren’t awful, food was hot, and the drinks were cold.
