Did an online order for pick up and when I got there the girl informed me that even though I tipped online, the tips don’t go to the employees, they go to the store. Felt awkward that I did not have cash to give them. Just a warning for anyone else that does a mobile pickup

It smells so bad in there, I’m not sure how anyone trusts ordering a smoothie. The smell is like when you leave protein shakes sitting for too long without cleaning it. Legit deadly - so toxic. I couldn’t even order & had to leave.

My friend and I come in here often for our favorite smoothie. Haley greets me and has excellent customer service. She makes perfect smoothies every time. She deserves a raise! We love her.
I usually stop by here on my way to work once or twice a week. Each staff member I have encountered has always been friendly and patient. The smoothies haven't always come out perfect but the staff has been willing to correct/change to meet my preferences.

Luckily I stopped by on "National Smoothie Day!" They have a huge variety of flavors and add-ins! And the serving sizes are HUGE!

I came in this morning (6/16/21 at 7:45a) and Kat gave me exceptional customer service! She was kind and made me smoothie exactly the way I like it. She then told me she's new and I stated I couldn't tell. She holds herself very confidently and greeted the customers who came in after me so sweetly. She's awesome!!
