Yummy as usual. I tried the coconut shrimp for the first time...it was really good. They were super crunchy and the coconut was flavorful and the shrimp were tender. I also tried the yuca balls for the first time. Good. but I think mine were undercooked because they tasted like raw yuca on the inside. but I still ate em with that creamy cilantro sauce!

Really disappointed with the Naples tropical chicken, I went to both locations two days in a row, and neither of them have black beans, which is the charm of this business. What bad service in the area

I ordered two of the trio dinners, which comes with three proteins, this is the second time I’ve ordered the same two meals, and when I get home, the churasco steak is missing. I called and the only way they will help me is if I download the app to my phone and register for the rewards program and then they will help me. Pretty poor management, and not a way to do business in my opinion. They made the mistake not once but twice, and they should make it right without having to download the rewards app. Would not recommend.

English- minimal; Staff- friendly I go to pay and it's at that moment looking down at the credit card machine when you notice the line of ants that has infested the entire area around the cash register. We are not talking 1-2 or even 5-10.... there were easily over 30-40 of these. I think someone needs a visit from the health department. Just saying.
