Love pollo. This location is awful. If it was just once I wouldn’t leave a review. But everytime I go the rice is rock hard to the point where I can’t eat it cause it hurts my teeth. They literally don’t know how to cook rice

I often stop here on my way home from work. Several times they've screwed up my order through the drive-thru. I'll get a tropichop and it will typically be missing ingredients I specifically ordered. In addition to that, this location is almost ALWAYS out of mojitos. One-time the server and the manager swore up and down they've never heard of it and they've never sold them at that location. Even though the mojito is on their menu, AND I bought them there before.

Just like everywhere Management is not like it used to be. Nobody cares anymore well a few still do.Chicken a bit dry, could use some love like basting once in a while. Kids are like robots and don't think to keep things fresh and care about the food. Tables dirty. Dining In is like a thing of the past. Mashed potatos barely any gravy. Flavor of chicken was good just dry and un loved. Not just hete everywhere almost. Come on let's step up our game. I have seen it 5 stars before.

I paid 30 dollars for a quarter chicken and a tropichop because they got my order wrong. I call and spoke to a little boy who told me it’s wasn’t there problem. Then who’s f$$$ problem is it!!

I went online and made an order for pick up and to my surprise when I got there at 9:35 they advised me that they were out of food. They had no chicken which was very surprising, nor did they have anything else on my order. They were kind and polite and said that they wouldn't charge me however I already paid online. I called the 800# for customer service and gave them my order number.They said that they would give me a full refund which never happened. I've called back a few times to go over this and when you call all you get as a voice mail with a promise to call you back. That hasn't happened either.

Every time I’ve been here the employees always have a great attitude and smile. Last time I was there the order took longer than excepting and have me a free drink. They really take care of the customers… and the food tastes great and it’s cheap! Highly recommend stopping in.

FALSE ADVERTISING ! there is not a single that it doesn’t disappoint me. Not sure why I keep coming back. Added avocado to a tropichop for $2,39 and they put 1 slice. Complained immediately and was told that is how it is. No it’s NOT ! avoid this location

Gave us wrong order in drive thru. Husband had to take. They laughed at us and did nothing to make it right but give us our correct food and not the whole order by the way, no plantains, just our 2 bowls. Just terrible.

Was trying to give this place a benefit of the doubt, but I am never going to waste my time again at this place. They serve very little to no meat and portion size is definitely doesn’t look how it’s pictured on the menu

Did an online order and paid online. Didn’t get my fried yucca and when I tried to call the store I was routed to a system that eventually made me leave a message. No way to get a refund.the Yucca was a splurge…..and a $5 splurge. 20% of my order! We will see if going by the store tomorrow will yield a different result. Customer service is definitely lacking.
