Just like everywhere Management is not like it used to be. Nobody cares anymore well a few still do.Chicken a bit dry, could use some love like basting once in a while. Kids are like robots and don't think to keep things fresh and care about the food. Tables dirty. Dining In is like a thing of the past. Mashed potatos barely any gravy. Flavor of chicken was good just dry and un loved. Not just hete everywhere almost. Come on let's step up our game. I have seen it 5 stars...

Every time I’ve been here the employees always have a great attitude and smile. Last time I was there the order took longer than excepting and have me a free drink. They really take care of the customers… and the food tastes great and it’s cheap! Highly recommend stopping in.

Been to this location a few times. Always good. Pollo Tropical is all about the hot, fresh grilled chicken platters and the food is sometimes too hot to eat! If you are looking for real, simple, South Florida food.... They do it right.
