Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I received an absolutely terrible Ubereats order that was inedible.
The sandwiches we're made with dry, old chicken tenders that we're completely cold. I ordered coleslaw and got limp old french fries.
I contacted the store because I wanted to do the right thing. And the manager on duty (10:12 am 09/10/2025)was completely rude and would not listen to my issues. He would not give his name either.

I've never had a bad experience at this branch when ordering food but I guess that may be because I normally walk in. Tonight because it was late I went to the drive thru, big mistake.

Intercom wasn't clear so I had to order at the window. Told the cashier I wanted the Fanville Wing Combo, spicy, sauce on the side (Sweet Heat).

When she was handing me the order I again asked you put sweet heat right, yes, the sauce is in the bag.

I got home and the order is wrong. The wings are original, only one dipping sauce is sweet heat, the other taste terrible (I threw it away) and the wings were the nasty big wings I hate. I am soooo disappointed.

I bought this same special two weeks ago and sat in the carpark and ate it so I know exactly what I was supposed to get.

After driving 30 mins one way late at night to be disappointed I won't be buying from here again. ✌️

Went with a family( 2 little kids) as i came for vacation near by wolf lodge. ABSOLUTELT WORST.

People who are running Poppeys did not even know how to make chicken properly. I ordered a family pack. ABSOLUTELT WORST. Chicken was disgusting, we left throwing it in garbage and had very little.

Despite that, even the little portions we ate had made us SICK 🤢. UPSET STOMACHS in the middle of the night. We never had anything like this in Poppeys before. I decided Never to come back to Poppeys not just this location.

Suggestion: AVOID BY ANY MEANS EATING OR ORDERING FROM HERE, especially FAMILY WITH KIDS!!!!

Everyone was so excited when this place first opened. Took about 3 months to put themselves out of business figuratively not literally. For the past few years they’re always out of something don’t understand what you’re saying and take FOREVER to get you your food which 90% of the time is wrong. If you really want Popeyes drive yourself to the mall

Employee was sitting outside on break smoking a Cigarette goes inside and without washing hands, start serving customers absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here

I see sad place, food no like it

Just close this place. Asked for a SPICY chicken breast, got a chicken wrap. 3 piece tenders, were like chewing on rubber bands. Strips must have been sitting under the lamp for 8 hours. Biscuit was a hockey puck. To top it all off, all the food was cold!! At 5pm, not one person in the drive thru nor in the restaurant. Tells you something. Oh and they don't serve shrimp anymore either.

Chicken wings were very dry and looked like they were sitting in warmer for a good while bad food . Biscuits were hard waste of money

Insane how expensive and poor quality this food is the wings were trash no meat whatsoever just bread crumbs and a squirt of sauce, the soda (which is almost 4$)
without ice and hot. Very shitty 😣😣

Popeyes in Naples is horrible. They never put in some of whatever you order via Drive-Thru, rice, mac n cheese, or fries are usually never in the bag. Forget forks, sauces, napkins, straws, it is just the worst customer service of any of the worst drive-thrus in Naples.

The place is pretty ratchet. It’s kind of what you would expect for a Popeyes. Prices are ridiculous and I would honestly say the only thing tasty there is the chicken sandwich when it’s cooked correctly.

Just go someplace else. The management of this location clearly does not care about the way this business is run. I’ve visited here multiple times, and it’s no longer coincidence that employee morale is low at each and every visit.
The drive thru is almost never attended, they are often out of CHICKEN, and service takes a long time.
Just go someplace else to get your food and save yourself and your time.
