Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes in Naples is horrible. They never put in some of whatever you order via Drive-Thru, rice, mac n cheese, or fries are usually never in the bag. Forget forks, sauces, napkins, straws, it is just the worst customer service of any of the worst drive-thrus in Naples.

The place is pretty ratchet. It’s kind of what you would expect for a Popeyes. Prices are ridiculous and I would honestly say the only thing tasty there is the chicken sandwich when it’s cooked correctly.

Just go someplace else. The management of this location clearly does not care about the way this business is run. I’ve visited here multiple times, and it’s no longer coincidence that employee morale is low at each and every visit.
The drive thru is almost never attended, they are often out of CHICKEN, and service takes a long time.
Just go someplace else to get your food and save yourself and your time.

I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window had a nasty attitude and just threw out food at us. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I tried asking for her name but I just got ignored.

The food was cold . The chicken in the chicken sandwich is the size of a chicken nugget very tough to chew.

Can I communicate unless you come at the right day and catch somebody that speaks English and hope that your seasoning is actually put on the chicken I got chicken never got a season can't come back and talk to nobody nobody speaks English cuz management leaves no wonder but yet they keep a hiring sign but they will not hire me because I cannot communicate in Spanish what's the other people and last time I checked this was America and we spoke to English not to be rude okay and this is a American Chicken Place Louisiana chicken that. So really I hope somebody big really sees this and do something about it and this is the location that's closest to Golden gate City

Most incompetently run drive thru of all time. Staff will not take an order until the person at the front of the line has ordered and received food. Can leave you sitting at the speaker for up to 15 mins before anyone tries to take an order. Even after all that time theres still a 50/50 chance the order is wrong or cold.

I've eaten at this particular Popeyes many times, and this is the first time I've decided to rate it. Unfortunately, this wasn't a very good visit. The service, the cashier, were both good. Friendly staff is a big help. Having said that, the food was definitely not. I don't look into the boxes while at the counter, I've never had to do that. This time I should have. When I got home, I discovered that the 10 piece bone in chicken was all over- cooked. I received 2 breasts, 4 wings and 4 drum sticks. No thighs. The chicken on the outside was nearly burned and the inside meat was dry from being over-cooked. Someone wasn't paying attention. Service people or the manager should NEVER have admitted that chicken to leave the building. Very disappointing. It will affect my decision for dining in the future.
