The nasty's place ever ate in Golden Gate. My friend and I had lunch there today the food was so nasty and the place was very dirty. I will never step foot in that place again.

They don’t have a good service we were waiting in the drive tru for more then 10 minutes and I go inside we talkin about 8:45 pm an they like y have to order outside and that there machine is not working to order we had to wait till we get to the window an order there so I left they are open till 11 pm wouldn’t recommend to go

I went to this Popeyes twice because the first time wasn’t very good and I figured I would give it a second chance. The second time it was still bad. The chicken doesn’t have the flavor that Popeyes is known for. Even the red beans and rice was bland. It’s such a shame because this is the only Popeyes I know of in Naples. And I’m definitely not going to KFC. Even Publix doesn’t make very good fried chicken. Naples is a food desert. There are lots of restaurants but not many of them are good. Even the so-called high end restaurants on 5th. Coming from SOCAL Naples is a huge disappointment when it comes to food. So sad.

The young man on the window must hate his job when he had to tell people he had nothing to offer his customers! You might as well close the restaurant! No chicken tenders at 9:30 at night! No red beans and rice?!
Way over priced 6.59 for a large mash potatoes with gravy. Same for the cole slaw. So nice of them to not at least fill the container. See picture. Omg false impressions of the BBQ looks nothing like the picture on the Menu bare most a little added BBQ sauce.Was told you can't place 2 separate orders in drive threw.The BBQ was at best room temperature.Never again will I return unless I have a good coupons to make it worth my time.And sale tax is 6%. NOT 7%.

Placed a prepaid order online to pickup and when I arrive nothing was available except dry old fries and wings. I ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 sides and biscuits. They didn’t make any adjustments, didn’t offer me a credit, nothing. I was absolutely disgusted! I will never give them my business again and will ensure to tell everyone about this experience.
