Wow! Nick was great at the beginning, but what an epic fail on the day of my wedding!! Every one of my guest has called me personally to complain about the lack of service and the packing up early of food the lack of the tent being up and ready to go the list goes on and on do your due diligence before hiring this company. my husband and I didn't even get to eat the food that was placed in front of us. We were pulled away for photos and came back and our plates were gone. there were no plates for the cake when it was cut. The tent wouldn't even have been put up and completed in time for the ceremony had all of my guest not pitched in and helped put everything up. It was supposed to be put up two days prior to the event. Twinkle lights were bought and paid for bistro lights were bought and paid for and all I got were 4 strands of bistro lights. The list goes on and on. At the end of the day... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The food was ok but everything else that lacked spoiled the entire event.
My husband and I were assured we would get a credit for the lights and lack of service, but to date we have not seen a credit back to our card nor or heard a word from the company.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this entire company. The service, the food, the communication, everything. My guests were wowed, I was wowed, I am without words. Their staff is so friendly, helpful, and kind. You 100% need to use this catering company, I will forever now!

Just "WOW"... we have had several caterers for our condo parties over the years, but Jay topped them all! So many compliments on the food --variety, quality, presentation, and exceptional staff! If we knew the dates for our next ten parties, we would be scheduling Jan & his team right now!

Unbelievable food great service good people

I recently hired Jay to do a dinner party for 10 as a gift to a very important friend and client. From the very beginning, Jay was attentive and easy to work with. He offers a very extensive menu and is very helpful in choosing the right items. I was a little nervous the night of the event because I wanted it go perfectly, but I soon realized there was NOTHING to worry about. Jay and his assistant were incredible! Their service was impeccable and his food was absolutely delicious. When he says his steaks are "grilled to perfection" - he means it. Jay far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him and cannot wait to hire him again!

There are not enough wonderful things I could say about Jay and Prestige Catering. Excellent does not even cut it when it comes to my experience with him. Jay helped make my dream wedding become a reality. To this day people are still talking about how absolutely gorgeous everything was and how out of this world ALL of the food was. By sheer luck I came across Prestige catering while searching caterers for my upcoming wedding in Marco Island. From the first phone call I hit it off with Jay. We talked for an hour in a half about his experience, my vision, and the struggles I was having in planning my dream wedding. He took the time and really LISTENED to what I wanted and envisioned. Before I even hired him he was on the ball, helping me find a venue, putting together sample menus based on what we had talked about, and tackling any obstacle that came my way. I thought I was looking for a Caterer and never did I imagine I would find someone who basically took on the roll of a wedding planner. He was amazing. Anything I needed, any envision I had, he was making sure he made it happen. He took the burden and overwhelming feeling of planning a quick wedding off of my shoulders and made it all happen while respecting our budget. I found myself talking to Jay multiple times a day while putting everything together and he was ALWAYS a joy, no matter how bridezilla I was. I thought there was no way that this man who has taken on every roll in planning my wedding could make food to match his professionalism and ability to plan this amazing event. Let me start off by saying that my husband and I are complete foodies, or food snobs. The only thing my husband cared about with the wedding was that we had an open bar and the most amazing menu and food ever. Just when I thought Jay couldn’t get any better, he blew us away with the most delicious menu that surpassed all expectations. I truly have no words to define how beyond amazing EVERYTHING tasted. All of our guests were going crazy. They talked more about the food and the décor than us actually getting married. From the welcome dinner to the reception, Jay truly made a masterpiece of my wedding. My fairytale wedding became a reality thanks to Jay and Prestige catering. I tell everyone that he can hardly be called a caterer. He is an extremely talented artistic personal chef who is Master of all trades when it comes to planning a wedding. I will never plan an event without Jay and his wonderful team at Prestige. My family and friends still talk about how amazing Jay was, his delicious food, and what a beautiful event he helped put together. Thank you so much again Jay!!

Jay and Prestige Catering were recommended to me by my wedding coordinator. When my husband and I met with Jay to plan our menu for our wedding, he listened to what we wanted and offered wonderful suggestions. We had a tight budget for catering but Jay not only met our expectations but exceeded them. My husband and I didn't want "typical wedding food" and we definitely got what we wanted. Our family and friends are still raving about not only the delicious food but the amazing service. Jay is personable, talented, and very professional and so is his staff. Jay helped me put together a great menu and a wonderful evening for my sister's bachelorette party. I had a budget to work with and he met it with quality food and service that far exceeded the reasonable cost. We were coming from out of town and staying at a house that I didn't know too much about, yet Jay was extremely flexible and brought everything he needed to create an absolutely incredible meal! The food was absolutely delicious, everyone was raving about it. Jay was extremely personable and fun to have around!
