This was our first time to Primo Hoagies. The menu was vast and impressive. We got 2 different subs and brought them home. Both were delicious!
Equally important to me - the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly and inviting, helpful for our first visit, appreciative for our business.
We will be back! (Not tomorrow because we have leftovers!!)
Thank you to this great team!!

Primo’s cheesesteak was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try it for the first time and grab a carry out. Safe to say I will not be coming back here. For $20 I received my cheesesteak halfway burnt and hard as a rock. The other half edible. Ive attached pictures. Breaking the bread sounded like cracking a bag of chips. Not only was the food awful the workers didnt even put my chips in the bag. Normally I wouldnt care about any of this, especially not a bag of chips. I tend to go about my day and not come back. But this was early on a Tuesday evening at 6PM, there was not a soul in the restaurant besides 3 workers. It was not busy, it was not close to closing time, I even ordered ahead to give them plenty of time to make the order in case it happened to be busy. There is zero excuse for how lousy this experience was.

After visiting recently, I was very disappointed to have to wait 30 minutes for a sub with only one order ahead of mine in the shop. The wait was absolutely terrible even though the sub was tasty.

In my personal opinion, this is no longer the PrimoHoagies you remember. I don’t know when or in what way the ownership changed. But, whoever is in charge made a sharp cost cutting move. The meat appears to be the great value version from Walmart, and the cheese always seems to miss the mark. Dominoes has a more fresh hoagie and it’s literally microwaved. Save the trip, and go to Wawa. - By the way, look past the reps future comment below, the moment I asked for a new bag of chips since it was two weeks past its “Best used by date” they got visible anger. Never again. Will give them a two stars because of what they used to be.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Quick service, hoagies were made fast, and the quality is unbeatable. Stopped in today for an Abruzzi and a meatball, couldn't be happier. Hands down the best hoagies in SWFL, and it's not even close. The Abruzzi made me feel like I was in Philly. No, really, it's spot on. Great job guys.

In my quest to find the best sandwich spot in Naples, Primo quickly rose to the top of my list... and stayed there. While there are other great places in Naples, Primo has the edge for a few reasons.
It starts with their bread. They have it down to a science, with a crusty shell that gives way to a chewy, satisfying bite. The sandwich ingredients are always fresh, balanced, and cohesive—no matter which sandwich I try. Turkey Diablo? Easily the tastiest turkey sandwich I've had in years. Philly cheesesteak? Certainly the best in Naples (yes, even better than Cheesesteaks.com). Italian? Neck-and-neck with the best Italian delis in town.
If you're on the fence, just give it a shot. I have introduced at least six people to Primo, and every one of them has wanted to go back within a few weeks. And if you try it and don't like it... well, it's OK to be wrong sometimes ;-)

The management took way more orders than the store is able to handle, putting customers and employees in bad spot. Super Bowl Sunday and we ordered 4 days ago, said would be ready for 4pm, it’s almost 5pm and me and 15 other people still waiting for our orders.
