We had lunch today with the Family. Food is good service is cool and friendly. It was not busy at all, we got the food pretty quickly..
Always a delight. My wife and I went for lunch today and enjoyed ourselves.
We were delighted with the delicious food and exceptional service. We were celebrating my daughter’s Birthday. Red Lobster made it very special!!!
I honestly wish the people who worked here left every time I go they make me feel so uncomfortable. I came in and everyone just watched me stand at the hostess stand. The service is always slow even when there’s none there. I always end up going to the one in fort Myers. It’s annoying that I can’t come to this one because something always goes wrong. Whatever you do please trust the reviews when I say don’t go I really do mean it. You’re better off making the hour drive to fort Myers where the service is friendly & quicker.
Faded Glory just about sums up the Red Lobster, Naples. In our opinion not overly clean and needed to wipe cutlery before use. They refused to click on our booking for OpenTable points saying we were on a wait list only and they don't take reservations. Probably 15 years since our last visit and restaurant hadn't changed. Food was okay and prices were good. Best thing was the wine!
After seeing all the TV commercials, had a weekday lunch there. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality, taste, moderate prices, service, and interior space. Had the Cajun Salmon and Shrimp w/rice and side Cesar salad, Boston clam chowder, all very tasty and complemented by a cold draft Sam Adams; doesn't get better than that! Definitely will go back again for more tasty offerings!
Awesome food, outstanding service by Joanne, great value.
The waiter forgot the order, she came with the wine when we were having the dessert. She misunderstood all the entrees. The 4 lobsters were impossible to eat because they came uncraked. No help from her at all. No extra napkin , the table was a mess, she didnt took the empty dishes . A lady named Carla solved the situation helping us to crack the lobsters. Our waiter was very impolite and didnt came to the table to take care of us. Very bad experience !!!!
Love the cheddar biscuits, and the server was very friendly. The ceasar salad was not tossed with the dressing and tough romaine lettuce so disappointing. I ordered the Wednesday special, lobster tail and 7 ounce sirloin. The lobster tail was small but not overcooked so okay. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out medium well done, with a tough charred surface. Didn't have time to return it, so that was disappointing also. Received a free birthday dessert, chocolate cake with ice cream and that was good and a generous portion.
I don’t even want to give a one star review. Stopped in to eat a late lunch today and will never go back to this location. Disgusting!!! The booth we were seated at was filthy dirty with crumbs all over the seats and tables. Was going to move to another table but everyone we looked at was full of crumbs. Absolutely filthy. There were two other couples in the place so it’s not like the restaurant was busy. I get you are understaffed but you can’t use that as an excuse for the tables and chairs not being wiped down and sanitized. Needless to say we walked out. I am an Executive Chef and would never allow my dining room to look like yours did. We are all understaffed!!!!

We had such an awful experience. The place was empty. Only 2 family's eating and we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Not a big deal, if the rest of the experience was better. We're finally seated. It takes 10 minutes to get our drinks. We did the all you can eat shrimp. We were there 2 hours and only received shrimp 2 times, even though we wanted more. I never received my 2nd wine. We asked for more water and the server slams a water pitcher on our table. To top it all off. At the end of dinner, we split our check 3 on 1, 2 on the other. The server told us with a party of 5, there's a mandatory 20% gratuity. Even though she did not deserve that much (I was a server for many years). We also asked for the manager, who never showed up. The waitress was extremely rude when we asked why we had to pay 20%, when we poured our own drinks, didnt recieve our wine, and waited so long for our food, she said that she worked very hard for us (which is crazy) and that 20% was well deserved. I know people serve to pay bills, it's their living. It was mine once as well. But that was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had, and the server is definitely in the wrong business for customer service.
Had a fantastic time!! Our waitress was awesome!! She told us they were short staffed due to Easter weekend and that she was going to be prepping our soups and salads so it might be a bit. Which was fine with us! Got a bunch of items. Mozzarella sticks, Ceasar salads, lobster pizza and more for apps. Dishes, lobster tail and steak, salmon with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts, chicken tenders and fries, steak and fries and green beans
Although they were extremely understaffed, as most places are these days, our food came out great and quickly. We had a party of 9 and Joanne was AMAZING!! She definitely is the leader of the group and did a fantastic job multitasking. She looked like she was the manager the way she ran the entire restaurant from helping out with hosting and serving and cleaning up from customers… she deserves a raise!
Even though every place is short staffed right now this team really communicated well. They let us know that there might be a wait and did the very best they could to accommodate/give the best service! Our group of 9 really enjoyed our experience with Joanne!
First of all, the hostess was taking reservations by phone on a pad and pen. She knew nothing about the OpenTable system. The place was half full, but with the staffing shortage that's understandable. After a 20 minute wait, we were seated. Our meals arrived, my wife had orderd rice as a side and she had a baked potato and she had coconut shrimp instead of shrimp scampi. I wanted a salad as side but I also wound up with a baked potato. As if that wasn't enough, The quality of the food was not what I was used to at Red Lobster. Reheted breaded seafood is no one's favorite.
